Stbxw in courts over a year now. Had a move out stipulation signed by her. Monday. No notice to myself or my lawyers. No list of items provided or ever spoken about. When I say everything. I mean even the salt shakers. If it’s not nailed down it was taken.

She showed up with her family and looted and raided the entire house. Called the police. Said it’s a civil matter they won’t stop her. I took videos and pictures

My lawyers filed emergency motions to get in front of a judge.

I’m sure this has happened to other people. What were the outcomes. Did you get credits? Did they file any criminal charges? What should I be expecting as an outcome when we go to court? I just want some expectations.
