My wife left to another state with my daughter without permission because she thought she could. Her family provoked it and she fell for it. I filed for divorce and got a TRO a couple weeks later, that following week we got our court hearing.

Well, we had court yesterday and she was instructed to move back to our home state and we would get 50/50 custody. She has to get a job and be able to provide as primary for our daughter by the end of August and if she doesn’t, I get primary.

This entire week I have my daughter and I’ve never been so happy! Just thought I’d share the good news.
