There have been several posts debating whether the BP is actually an ideology of its own or simply the absence of RP. But assuming for a moment that it’s an ideology somewhat aligned with progressive/woke politics (gender is a spectrum, sex isn’t real, gender norms are harmful, etc.) is that really what most people align with?

On the one hand people, particularly women, are increasingly identifying as more liberal or progressive. But there also seems to be a lot of backlash to those ideas from regular people: AFAIK gender reveal parties were not a thing until recently. It seems like most well adjusted people just living their lives understand that there are differences between men and women without going fully red.
