Gentlemen, comon! This is a no brainer. When you get confirmation that she is coming over, whether you are with her in person, phone call or text, all you do is say the following:

"Btw sweetnessness, I need to be up very early in the morning so I have to call it a night at around XXPM. Im leaving to go visit my buddy in [insert city that is over fours away]. I need to go to sleep around [time]. Is that cool?" Or say I have an early meeting for a project, class, work, literally anything. Either way, when she says yes, then work out the details about how she gets home.

You say that a few times, she'll get the message eventually if shes got a brain. And if she goes psycho for want of staying over, then you can make an informed decision.

On a side note, its a bit weird to see this idea of ubering a girl home being so common. One of the main foundations of seduction is being a gentleman. This ubering thing is definitively treating a girl like shes some outcall craigslist prostitute. Yikes. Pick her up and drop her off at least if she needs a ride, and if you dont have a car, use a Turo. Not every single time, but the majority for sure.

Simply state you are an extremely light sleeper and can't sleep with somebody in the bed with you till you get used to them. Or that you are a loud sleeper and don't want to keep them up. You have an meeting in the morning and have to leave early. Change the time of day and have an event that even to go to. Or the best way is to simple say you are not comfortable with people staying the night which is the truth.
