I had this happen recently and went out in two “dates” with her. It’s fun being around an attractive girl that will be out with you 1:1. People assume you’re a couple and it gives you social clout with other women. I use it as practice to be around an attractive woman and dry runs as “practice dates” for women that are actually interested. My more recent one will get dinner and drinks with me 1:1. do you want to friendzone yourself if worst comes to worst?

if you think you did not have good opportunity yet to make your moves/ declare your attraction to her. then go out with her once.

if you fail (which can be because of any number of reasons you can look into later), just declare that you dont wanna be just friends with her and move on. that will be best for BOTH of you

DONT keep friend-dating and hope something to change one day, in her head IT WONT. at that point it will require severe effort, skill and emotional detachment.

Say sure. Most people getting laid with minimal effort do it through friend groups, especially female friends. Social proof is probably the strongest tool you can have. Who knows, she may even fall for you if she sees how many girls want you.

If she is suggesting the frame, it probably means that you conveyed too much interest. You don't get friendzoned for not flirting enough, you get friendzoned for being more interested in her than she is in you. (One way or another, it happened, no matter how much your ego tries to deny it) There are plenty of guys who friendzone girls and only deal with them platonically, while the girls have crushes on them.

You haven't conveyed enough value, but you did seem comfortable enough to hangout with.

What happened with this girl will happen over and over again until you master the basics.

Edit: unless you know how to reframe the interaction, going out with her on this basis pushes you further into the friendzone.
