I would recommend to not actively go to grocery stores, coffee shops , or public places in search for women. Your day will be consumed by that thought in itself and more than likely waste your energies. I will say, to always take care of your appearance. Always look fashionable, and groomed so when your going about your everyday business you can approach a girl. I know you see them through passing doing everyday stuff, like shopping, bank runs, etc. That said, value your everyday appearance so your ready at all times! You never know when your going to see a hot girl, so be prepared for uncertainty.

You need to put yourself in places where you can meet women. If you're writing off bars/clubs, then you need to find other places where women will be at where you can socialize. It, may be limited if your not going out to bars.

There isn't a secret solution to this. Its going to be hobbies/interests, social circle, online dating, or bars/clubs. But, hobbies/interests has no real limits. Especially if you travel. Is there a close by city you would like to travel to? Are there interesting things you would like to do there? Are there meetups in that city you can join?

Are there any other hobbies you would like to try like Tennis, dancing, martial arts, etc...

22M and I've found that grocery stores are good, places like Walmart in the afternoon. I would say I'm introverted as well but you just have to get comfortable speaking to PEOPLE not just attractive women.

Ask an employee where to find "x" item, or small trivial stuff that will lessen any anxiety you have talking to people.

You should get to a point where you're comfortable talking to people in general, and you can just approach a woman you find attractive and strike up a convo! Ask about cosmetics for skincare or something related to your aisle.

Definitely have things in your cart so you aren't just some guy with an empty cart asking questions.

Online dating will work if you out in the effort to make yourself as attractive as possible and take high quality pictures (that's what worked for me).

And try to open your mind for new hobbies - try as many as you can, I'm sure that you'll surprise yourself and find some you like. For some with a lot of women try any sports, yoga, rock climbing, learning self-defense, hiking, fitness classes, etc. Google and spend some time researching, you'll find dozens and dozens of things you can try.

If you want to meet new young women, gyms, food places, and grocery stores are the way to go. You'll be surprised what you find at the grocery store(work at one so trust me)! Don't go to beauty supplies cause that should tell you something about their spending habits. Good luck

If you’re in school try taking an elective with more females in it. If not, try signing up for some things like dance classes or cooking classes. It’s likely you could even end up liking the activity itself.

Mutual friends and places with assumed trust (gym/ yoga classes/salsa dancing classes/ school/ college , i think you got it)....is where you'll find quality women. Not in bars/clubs.

Look for a club (on your hobbies) you will meet New ppl without thé disconfort of doing it out if the blue for no reason. You may meet other women or other Guy knowing other girl etc...

Introverted doesn't mean what you think it means. Introverted just means you lose energy from social interaction, while extroverted is the opposite. You can be a shy extrovert or a flamboyant introvert. What you're describing sounds like social anxiety - a mental disorder that needs to be dealt with, not a personality trait to accept.

Additionally, if you want cool women in your life, you have to become a cool dude. The only things you do besides work can't be poker and video games. Find sexier interests.

But to directly answer your question, the best places to pick up women other than the nightclub is on the street outside the clubs at night (esp true in Vegas where I live), the gym, taking a female dominated class such as yoga or spin, the pool/beach, at a bar on a slower weeknight where the women go after softball league (find out where/when this is in your hood - might be more acceptable to you than the club), music festivals/concerts/any kind of large outdoor event.

I'm sure you can think of many more examples, just try to think of places near you that have a high concentration of women who aren't busy. Day game in the grocery store/mall is okay, but it's low density and the women are busy. I don't recommend it.

I am not really interested in meeting new people. Literally the only reason I want to try and go out more is to meet women

Honestly, changing this mindset is key to not only making it easier to talk to more people and in effect, more introductions to women, but to also becoming naturally charismatic.

I was also introverted growing up but learned how I like to socialize and meet people after many years of coming off as shy/reserved.
