Certain movies have great seduction lessons, as long as you watch them "actively" meaning you're in a studying mindset and not a mindless mindset.

The screen is filled with social interactions. Alpha males are everywhere in film. Study them. Some characters exude confidence in ways that aren't obvious, but are nevertheless congruent. I was just watching John Travolta's character in "Michael." Very subtly alpha and congruent as fuck.

Also notice the banter and not so covert flirting in certain interviews, the way news teams interact with eachother, the way most men are pathetically portrayed in commercials, the power games played among certain sports commentating crews, how you react to characters and on air personalities. Which celebrities do you think are badass, and why? Ask yourself how you feel about Ryan Seacrest? Even if you hate him, know that he's not just good-looking. IMHO he's a fucking stud and very alpha. Any time you see a love triangle, prospect who will win and watch their behavior. Watch talk shows. The celebrities who appear are basically celebrities because, in a way, they have super tight game, and when they appear on Letterman they're doing everything in their power to spit their tightest game and seduce the masses further. And pay attention to the hosts too. Larry King, David Letterman, Johnny Carson, Conan... PIMP, PIMP, PIMP, PIMP. If you're not already watching your stories this way, START TO. You'll still enjoy them, and you'll help your game.

TV and movies give you a birds eye view so you can study and analyze on the micro and macro level. Though they aren't the best interpretations of reality always (especially when it's labeled as reality), the best of it simply rings true.
