Go to the gym. I went from being a computer geek who never did any exercise to lifting heavy 3-4 times a week. I now get compliments on how broad my shoulders are, and am getting cut. Every time I take my shirt off I'm shocked by how lean and muscular my chest is. By far the Number 1 thing that has helped my game.

Think about it, most alphas are athletes or do lots of physical activities. There is a big reason for this.

People talk a lot of bullshit, if someone says you can't do something it doesn't mean they are right. (mostly they are completly wrong)
We try to escape any discomfort - life is about breaking this habit.

Embrace every feeling, positive or negative. In turn, embracing, reflecting and enjoying highs and lows will make all of them positive and take away their power.
Get sleep. Don't allow yourself to become one of those people who fears failure to the point of lack of sleep. It brings on depression, anxiety, mood swings, slow reactions, negative emotions, and possibility of heart attack. Vice versa, don't get too much sleep. That brings on the possibility of strokes from what I've been told.
Go out and embrace rejection. Rejections make as good of stories as f-closes if you embrace them.
The biggest thing was taking the words at the end of Wanted to heart: "This is me taking back control of my life! What the fuck have you done lately?"
Watch this movie on the days you don't want to work, work out, or go sarging. Hell, just watch it to get motivated.

Whatever it takes, get to a mental state in life where you are PROUD of yourself. However you accomplish this doesn't matter, but if you genuinely LIKE who you are as a person, seduction becomes so much easier. You don't have to remember any dumb rules about how to act, or how to perceive yourself, you just do what comes naturally. Think of it like you're a salesman pitching a product to a customer-- if you actually sincerely like the product, pitching it to someone will come effortlessly. To help make a conversation feel more natural and not forced. Talk about what ever your thinking about. If your wondering what to do later on in the evening. Say it out loud. If you think that guy has a weird hairstyle. Say he had an interesting hairstyle. Thinking how hot she is. Talk about exercising/sports/modern view on sexuality(nudity). Try to twist it towards the situation.

Do something to add value to your life everyday. Work out, read a book, practice an instrument or other hobby. If your roomates ask you "what did you do today" and your answer was "work" or "nothing" you need to change something.
