If you really think about it, the fact that a human being can catch a baseball is incredible. To catch a ball, your brain has to do a lot of complex calculations, taking into account the laws of physics, the trajectory of the ball, and complex math and trigonometry to determine exactly where the ball will end up. Then your body undertakes a series of complex mechanical movements to make sure your hand is in the exact right spot to catch the ball. Of course, you don’t think about any of this – you just put your hand up and catch the ball. This is because the thought process your brain undertook and the complex calculations it ran were all subconscious. It must be way – otherwise, it would be way too much information for your brain to process.

Your brain does the same thing for approaches. When you try to “approach” a girl, but your brain will then undertake a complex series of calculations to determine whether you should. Your brain will look at how hot she is, how hot you are, your status, her status, the environment, etc… All the while, your brain is operating under the fear of rejection anxiety, one of the most powerful evolutionary emotions human being have (basically, human beings get depressed when rejected by other humans because evolution has trained us to want to stick close to the tribe and not challenge higher status people). So after doing all these complex calculations subconsciously, your brain decides that she is probably going to say no and doesn’t let you approach. Your conscious mind (a very weak part of your brain) WANTS to approach, but the rest of your brain says no.

What’s the solution? Well, you need to change your goal. Instead of trying to get a girl to fuck you, your GOAL SHOULD BE TO GET REJECTED. If in the deepest part of your heart your goal is to get rejected, your brain’s subconscious mind can’t sabotage you. Just walk up to her and say something – anything! Tell her she has a nice smile or that you just won the lottery and wanted to tell somebody. And don’t worry about whether she is pretty or ugly or with a boyfriend or anything. You just want to get rejected. Rejection sucks, but its like taking a shot – it will feel bad for a second, but you will quickly move on. Getting rejected is like getting punched in the face – most people are scared of it, but once it happens and you survive, you realize it really wasn’t that bad. The only thing about this technique is that you have to do the most direct approach possible. You have to face rejection head on. You can’t half assedly try to dance with a girl and then say you got “rejected” if she doesn’t dance back. No you have to walk right up to her and say “hi my name is X” and then keep talking until she makes it clear she doesn’t want to talk to you. You also have to make it clear you want to fuck, but remember, your goal is to get rejected, not to actually fuck.

If you still feel anxiety, its because secretly in the back of your brain you still want her to fuck you. You need to completely eliminate that idea from your mind. You have to think to yourself: even if I did find a girl that wanted to fuck me, I need to get rejected first. In fact, sometimes to warm up I go to a different bar than the bar I want to end up at, and try to get 3 rejections as fast as possible before I go my main bar. It is actually very hard to get 3 rejections, because usually when I walk up to a girl and say something she wants to actually have a conversation. Last night, to do my 3 rejections thing, I went to a club (club A) across the street from the club where my friends were. I usually hate club A and girls in club A are uglier than the girls in club B and I am dead set on going to club B no matter what. So I walk in and approach the hottest girl in the club because I know she is most likely to reject me. No can do – she wants to have a conversation. Because I need to get my 3 rejections in, I leave her. I talk to another girl and she quickly rejects me - good. Then I go for my third. As soon as this bitch rejects me, I’m leaving the club, I think. Turns out she is married but she is out and “wants to have some fun.” She is really pretty. We start talking and she starts complaining about her husband and how she is mad that she is going out with her friends and drinking while he is at home with the kids. All the while she starts staring in my eyes and kinoing me. I don’t care – I tell her that her husband is right and I leave. I couldn’t get 3 rejections, but I did make 3 approaches.

I really wanted to get to club B so I rejected the married girl even though she was showing IOIs. But in real life if I go for a rejection and the girl starts talking to me I quickly have to shift back into regular game mode. It’s actually very hard - sometimes I’ll approach a really hot girl looking to take a quick rejection and I’ll be surprised she wants to actually talk.
