Not only that but the people in question, especially Hamza, are now regularly having what I would call psychotic breakdowns on camera.

There are people in psychiatric facilities that are more tethered to reality than a frankly troubling amount of people in pick up communities and all incels. Mental illness is unironically a massive problem and a massive part of why these men are struggling in the first place. Unfortunately, the cure for mental illness is to accept certain facts like that they are not good people and people don't want to be around them for really good and valid reasons.

I've head allot of guys say disturbing things like this in recent years and it really bothers me. The idea that you should ever foist something on someone sexually because they 'secretly like it' is completely wrong, unethical and will lead to sexual assaults. This idea is EXTREMELY bad. While there is nothing wrong with rough sex, in and of itself, it has to be established as a mutual interest of both parties. Everything does.

If you engage in any sex act with someone who doesn't want it and assume no = yes like these clowns tell you because they "secretly want it," it's sexual assault. You will have crossed the line into rapist territory. Rough sex that is forced on someone is literally a violent sexual assault. I'll bet some of his followers will get SA charges for following this advice.

I don't think he ever uses the word woman; it's always girl but he uses the word man. I'm utterly horrified at the video, and I don't have the words to express how scary men like this are. He talks about choking, but that's when you have something lodged in your airway stopping you from breathing; what he's talking about is strangulation, and there's no safe way to do it. I read the comments, too; I wish things were different; I'm scared for the women who are going to encounter men who think this is good advice.

Hamza has low-key always been deranged. He's a clever and eloquent dude, and his brand of misogyny has always been very calculated and carefully curated to manipulating women in very subtle ways, but with a pleasant British voice attached to it.

I remember in one of his videos, he showed some woman he was dating at the time (she looked 18/19) that was helping him film his content, and an arrow appeared on screen that pointed to the girl with a caption that basically said that guys should use women for free labor. Apparently the woman in the video was responsible for editing his videos as well, which means she was probably the one who edited the video to point an arrow at herself and write the caption that encouraged HER own exploitation. Hamza being able to convince other people to degrade themselves in such explicit ways is a very Machiavellian trait, which made me realize that he was a lot worse than he appeared to be.

Almost the entire "spirituality"- and "self improoovement"-scene is nothing more than promoting abrahamistic religious values (Islam, Church-christianity). They´re all wolfes in sheeps clothing. Guys like Hamza will commit to Islam, like other "grandious icons" like Andrew Tate.

Unfortunately people like Hamza promote self improvement and claim that therapy is pointless, but unfortunately hamza desperately needs it. There are a lot of people in self improvement niche who have huge experience and a lot of wisdom to share. Hamza is just charismatic salesman, but he is also instilling a lot of toxic beliefs to his audience hypnotized in him. Not going to gym is completely okay, there are hundreds ways to cultivate discipline. You don't need to be focused on habits, body etc so obsessively because best self improvement is serving others not focusing on yourself especially when you know that everything is okay with you and you need to focus on something rather on yourself. When you have healthy self worth, you don't need to be better than other man.

Here are self improvement/spiritual growth youtubers which provide real value: Teal Swan, Sadhguru, Actualized Org, Osho, Aaron Doughty.

They are not using generalizations, don't trigger you or scream so they are less viral and charismatic but they share extremely valueable advice for having happy life rather than getting laid and focusing obsessively on good habits.

Say what you want about Hamza, I would probably be saying the same thing as you naturally due to the simple psychological fact that we hate to admit he's better than us, it's almost like conscious mind needs to create some sort of unconscious bias to defame one's intention to compromise for the fact that a YouTuber is speaking deep truths that they resonate with.

I aim to do something similar in terms of coaching & direction, but you've missed the memo on what the concept is here. "Self improvement": This comes with contradicting yourself a million times a year due to change, this comes with saying things out of context, this comes with emotional hurdles & passive triggering energy to encourage our brain & receptors to take action. I've learned many things from Hamza, he's a year and a half younger than me but saved me wasting time in abundance when last year at 27 I was dwelling over a 32 year old woman with children who didn't like me back... he may even have set the mark for me to why I look back on my favourite moments last year & it included the month I was taking cold showers, sugar free, strong in the gym & dedicated to my diet. In addition to that completing my business course not for a sell but a starting base for taking information which can lead me further.

People want to relate Hamza's motives to CPTSD or any other make-up syndromes out there to convince themselves he's truly this malicious demon with the sole purpose in life is to earn money. No shit.. he's doing what he can because he has goals & money is part of that, do we expect him to fund his projects for £0.50 a membership? That's not how a wise man becomes opportunistic in life. Regardless of the assumptions, you need to be open minded to think for yourself. I personally have disagreed with many things he said but the area of success comes from his ability to articulate himself in a manner that resonates with the audience and keep them from being astray.

Today I deleted unnecessary apps, I had a cold shower after months, wrote down my long term plans, devised a linear timetable for my workouts for the month & it's been the most productive I've been in a long time. Would I have done any of this myself? No.

Even now, I don't want to admit another British pakistani guy who's younger is doing 500x better than me but it helps.

There was this paper that showed that domestic abuse is an actual good mate retention strategy, i think mimicking some of those concepts in the bedroom by degrading your partner could be good for a relationship. A woman needs to respect you, else she loses feelings for you. No better place to reafirm those gender roles then in the bedroom. Ofcourse preferably with consent.
