It's ok to be upset, the challenge is stopping that upsetness from turning into bitterness. When things dont go out way it's only natural we want to get bitter, but that only makes more things not go our way and makes us even more bitter. See also: confirmation bias.

It's so damn difficult to not be bitter when a woman does you wrong. A girl made me believe for the past year or so that i was the one..but I was just one of many..just an option. I ignored and avoided her for a month and she kept asking what's wrong, so I couldn't take it anymore and I confronted her about it. She made up some really dumb story how it was all an act with the other guy, he was just her friend..which made me even more mad, because she lied to me and thinks I'm a fool.

She doesn't mean much to me anymore, but since I became disinterested, she seems more into me. So I am playing with her mind and heart, the same way she did to me. I will get her back..i wish I could let it go, but I thought she was the one and I can't. I'm trying to meet new girls to forget about her and no luck. At the end of the day, I'm just a human-being and sometimes you need good old fashioned revenge.

Facts. Be committed to positivity. I've been living by this for a while and it has literally flipped my world 180 degrees, in a good way. I also cut negative people, because fuck that negative shit. You will get fucked over, its a fact of life, but how you deal with it truly is what makes you who you are. Positivity, in my recent experience, has been a pretty damn good way to deal with shit and as a bonus, it attracts people of both sexes! After all, who doesn't need another source of positive energy in life?
