If you have gotten attraction, no point in additional p&p. That's how guys over game. The girl loses attraction because the guy can't read nonverbal cues or read social situations. Happens in social contexts too, the guy who won't let a joke die.

Additionally, a girl might back slide (you are having a heart to heart, and she goes back to jokes because she is uncomfortable), and you have to check her.

Push-pull is context driven, and you need to know what it's for.

If she's already interested in you, all you have to do is maintain that attractive behavior and not fuck it up. Doing push pull on girls already super into it can often come across to them as punishing their compliance.

Now, if you're trying to generate validation seeking behavior and emotional addiction/relevancy, push-pull is good. Both of these things raise her interest in you. If you're emotionally relevant or a source of validation then you're sexually relevant to her. Both of these in conversation are good.

Then there's sexual push-pull. Where you become a source of good feelings and value physically. Push pull is your best friend here.

If anything by being a masculine man you'll naturally do push pull because you say and do what you want which is naturally polarizing to the girl and will make her feel a range of emotions toward you.

No not necessary if you're vibing well. But you should never let go of the frame that your affection for her is not unconditional, and you require mutual attraction and respect.

Just by holding this frame, girls pick up on it by ESP, and explicit negging and assertiveness are rarely necessary.

Gentle teasing (VERY gentle push) is usually fun, but keep in mind that some girls appreciate it more than others.

Push/Pull is what works when you are dealing with someone with an insecure attachment styles such as anxious or avoidant.

This would not work or is necessary if the other person has a secure attachment style. In fact, it likely would result in the opposite effect.

That would be like ok i got the girl i can drop the act now and get back to my bad behaviors.

You got her being a certain way which included push pull now you better make it become a part of your personality so after you faked it till you made it you can stay made instead of falling back down again.

a little bit. the important part is to not appear too interested. make it seem like you're still deciding on her/still need to be won over. basically, don't be all jumpy if she's starting to like you. be normal and just proceed with what needs to be done

Short answer: Yes!

Depends what you mean by keep push/pull. If you mean keep verbally and sexually teasing her, making her qualify to you, making yourself a bit hard-to-get, etc. then by all means, yes! that's who you are. Many times I see guys running textbook game, and getting a girl intrigued, and then they revert into being the most beta-males in existence (always being available, always agreeing, always yielding, buying un-reciprocated gifts, etc.). And of course, the girl gets bored in no time. So, generally, keep being the man she fell in love with and avoid being needy. Simple.

Even in sexually escalating there is push pull and its so fucking sexy when you know how to do it properly.

The first thing to know is that you shouldn't keep doing the same conversational push-pull "I like you, you're so sexy but you don't like pineapples on your pizza so it'll never work out between us" type stuff throughout the interaction.

That's where the majority of the confusion comes from when imagining push-pull for situations where she's already showing interest.

What you need to focus on is not words or lines like the example I gave, all you need to focus on is how you want her to feel and that is for her to feel uncertain and in a state of limbo.

It'll be easier to come up with the appropriate ways to push pull when you aren't trying to think of a line and instead understanding how the lines work.

So for the milder interest when she's showing signs that she likes you but isn't too overt, essentially what you do is play hard to get.

A simple push pull in that scenario is smiling at her while looking deeply into her eyes while you walk away from her.

(Note: Yes, you can walk away from her completely at a party or night time environment because its not like she'll vanish as soon as you leave her sight. Unless its the end of the night, you can always come back to her.)

Or when she's trying to make plans with you, be physically flirty but verbally uncertain like saying, "I don't know, could be boring" while giggling with her and holding deep eye contact.

Now for sexual push-pull, I'm guessing a lot of you have actually seen this done properly already.

Theres a lot of sexual push pull everywhere.

Theres even a scene in one of the Daniel Craig James Bond movies where he push pulls a kiss.

Sexual push pull is basically teasing.

Grinding on a girl and building her up and then stopping.

Kissing up a girl's arm, through her neck, onto her face, towards her lips and stopping right before your lips touch to look at her like, "Ah ah ah...not yet."

The purpose of push pull when she is already showing interest is to make her want it more.

When she's trying to make plans with you, you'd make her work harder to nail them down when you push pull her.

When she wants to escalate with you, you frustrate the fuck out of her until she can't take it anymore and is the one who initiates the escalation.

One of the things I make a point of doing in these times where false rape accusations are now a real concern is to make sure women beg me to fuck them.

I frustrate the hell out of them so that they're so horny, so hot and bothered, maybe been denied orgasm a couple times after being built up right to the point of bursting, until they say something like, "Just fuck me already, please!"

Oh and if you don't care about consent issues, at the very least, you can bet that she will be way more enthusiastic about fucking you after you get her all worked up like that.
