I remember reading about a study where it said men who commit suicide, a majority (or a half I can’t remember) of them were speaking to a mental health professional but it still didn’t help them.

That goes against the fallacy that men don’t try and get help. For the men who have spoken to mental health professionals and didn’t get any proper support, what do you think they did wrong and what could they do better to help men who are struggling and for the men who did get help and found that it actually helped you, what did they do right?
