1) Beginnings and endings matter.

The first 5 seconds and the last 5 seconds determine more than 5 hours in between.

2) Women talk about humor, loyalty and "being nice" - but fuck the guy who holds tension, displays sexual authority, and exhibits leadership.

3) Niceness isn't attractive. When women say they want a nice guy, they mean they want attractive men to be nice to them.

4) Dating is not a "fair market". 20% of men get 80% of attention and interest. Deal with it.

5) Women unconsciously "test" you all the time. It runs deep in their biology to check dominance/frame.

The 'easy' thing is acquiescing to petty demands. But doing so will cause her to lose respect and attraction for you.

6) Women's sex drive is as strong as men's. They're just more selective. Chastity is better than being tied down to a loser.

7) "She's different" is the biggest lie men tell themselves.

She follows the same basic psychological mechanisms as everyone else.

8) Male weakness is unsexy. Having emotions and passions isn't a turn-off. Being weak and needy is.

9) A woman doesn't fall in love with a man. She falls in love with the emotional rollercoaster a man creates. And she ignores or grows cold toward men who make her feel too comfortable.

10) Dating is a numbers game. Even the best guys face 'rejection.'

The easiest way to get laid or find a girlfriend is to go out and meet lots of women.

11) A woman never rejects a man. She rejects the image of the man she has in her head. That image is created by his behaviors, mannerism, and signals of status or pre-selection.

If you are getting rejected a lot, fix what you can control.

12) Women will settle for an "equal partner," especially as they get older. But deep down, on a visceral level, they're looking for a man who is stronger, dominant and more successful than her.

13) What people say they want and what they respond to are two different things.

Ignore her words when they contradict her actions.

14) She says she wants a nice guy. She responds to dominance and sexual tension.

15) Women don't leave men they respect.

16) When you don’t have options, she feels it immediately. She'll choose a man with options over a man without options every single time.

17) Women love drama. Too much peace and security bores her. And boredom kills attraction. If you don't create drama, she'll either create it herself or find a more exciting guy.

18) Time can be your friend or enemy, depending on your frame. The longer she sees you in either a sexual or platonic light, the harder it is to change the dynamic.

19) Women value men based on what other women think. She wants a guy who will make her friends envious. Pre-selection and social proof are the most powerful attraction triggers.

"How does he make me look" is her primary concern.

20) A weak man = unstable provider & incompetent protector = biological risk.

That's why weakness kills attraction immediately.

21) Women's opinions are based on feelings, not anything logical.

How you say things > what you say.

22) Women depend on men to lead.

"It just happened" is the reality for women.

Men must make things happen.

23) The easiest way to get a girl into bed is to present yourself as a sexual authority.

This takes the burden off of her, makes her feel like she's in good hands.
