Tl;dr: my mother and family know about my reading TRP.

Last year, my cousin (30/f) moved into my town for a new job. A plate I had at the time thought it would be a great idea to welcome her into town by becoming best friends. I was NOT okay about it, got pissed, lost my frame, and hence lost the battle about a plate weaseling her way into my family circle. She framed me as insecure, and I let it drop.

To make a log story short, I ended up screwing this plate, and insisting we be friends. Her heart was broken. Around the same time, I told my good friend about my discovery of TRP. I had trouble defining it at the time, and told him to just "check it out." He interpreted it as sexist, I later learned.

When my plates heart was broken at a party, he pulled her aside and told her not to worry about me: I was sexist, into the RP, and just looking for sex.

My plate told my cousin.

Who told my aunt and uncle.

Who told my mother.

My mother now likes to bring it up in conversation.

Be careful who you tell about the RP. Better yet: keep your mouth shut.

Edit: I should add that Ive stopped spinning plates. I'm looking for marriage; plates are too much work, and the sex sucks.
