It's well known that when a lot of men swallow the redpill they go through an "anger phase" in which they feel bitter and resentful having discovered the disappointing reality of women's nature. But is there a female equivalent? If discovering hypergamy makes men so angry it wouldnt be too surprising that men's polygyny and ephebophilia might illicit resentment in women.

Now obviously women are often warned about both these things at an early age so perhaps us swallowing the redpill may not be as life changing as it is for men, regardless I was curious to know if other women find themselves sometimes feeling resentful. Ill admit seeing men pedestalise young attractive women does make me somewhat bitter now (even though im in my early twenties/SMV peak).

Anyone else experience any sort of anger resulting from swallowing the redpill? Any advice on how to set aside these unhealthy emotions?
