Literally never. I don't watch sports so I can only name like three athletes: Serena Williams, Christian(?) Ronaldo, and David Beckham. Not interested in any of them.

Do I ever fantasize about pro male athletes? Yes. My biggest 'famous' people crushes are athletes. Wayne Rooney, Tim Tebow (when he was <25), pretty sure Eric Lindros triggered my puberty etc. Unfortunately this type ages VERY badly.

And yes, it's totally the masculine energy, the physical skill, the seeming ease with which they demonstrate said skill, the strength, the controlled violence of sport. It's def that stuff.

They have incredible bodies.

If you are attracted to athletic builds, then sure. But if you're not, then they're just another dude. I fall into the latter camp.

They have status. They exude status, charisma, and masculine energy.

So? These are not important traits, in my opinion. Are they kind? Do they share my sense of humor? Do they enjoy the same hobbies as me? Are they intelligent? Do they enjoy in depth discussions about the state of the world, philosophy, religion, science, etc? Are they capable of empathy for those of lower socioeconomic status? Do they give to programs that help such people get back on their feet?

These are the traits I care about, not the ability to play professional sports.

not really. had a crush on maybe one ice skater (yuzuru ❤️), and some skate/snow/surf/bike guys (board/extreme sports). that's about it. might have seen some cute guys when i watched the olympics a long time ago; don't remember their names. not much fantasizing went on either, maybe just the occasional daydream about dating them when i was younger.

doesn't mean i can't still think they're awesome if they do an awesome thing, but that's not the same as attraction.

edit: there was a phase where i had a major crush on michael phelps. don't think i watched a single one of his swimming events/races though; just happened to think he was cute.

Not that I can think of. There have been a few hockey players I thought were cute with their toothless smiles bit I haven't ever had a sexual fantasy about a sports celebrity

OR even a regular one now that I think about it. Other than situations where I am fantasizing about a person I know which are uncommon, most of mine are more about the act itself and not the person involved

I don't watch sports (football, baseball, etc) but I'm heavily into indie/pro wrasslin' and to a lesser extent UFC.

With that said, I've had a long time crush on CM Punk and I think a handful of other pro wrestlers are very attractive (Cesaro, Dean Ambrose, Tyler Breeze, Rodrick Strong, Noam Dar, Stupid Sexy Roman Reigns, etc)

However I don't fantasize about them. MY fantasies belong to two men; long time bae Trent Reznor and CM Punk. My fantasies aren't born out of their success, but their single minded focus to be the best at what the do and their asshole-ish disregard for everyone else along the way.

Never. Athletes aren't my type. I'm much more likely to fantasize about a guitarist on stage, wondering what his fingers would feel like inside me. Boneheads throwing balls around really do nothing for me.

However, I do enjoy watching mma for less than wholesome reasons ;) Shirtless sweaty dudes rolling around? Yes please.

I have dated pro athletes even tho I initially didn't know who they were.

I was just mutually attracted to them.
