Don't ask redpill that question, ask the men who have been falsely accused of rape on campus who have no semblance of due process in the college judicial system to clear their name, thanks to feminist activism. There are consequences to radical feminism, not just dumb internet posts.

Even if there wasn't all the real, legal stuff, referenced in other comments, and the fact that it's complete hogwash, feminism creates women with a massive chip on their shoulder.

They're making the personal political, so every small issue in the day to day gets overblown into a political fight. People are selfish, and they understand their own needs better than others'. So if you always look for ways in which your needs are not met as well as you think others are, you will find them. In short, they lose the ability to let things that do not matter truly slide. This of course creates a lot of unnecessary friction. It's no good for them, and it's certainly no good for us.

What is taking place in those same blogs and echo chambers right now is very scary, and it's leaking. I opened my local rag the other day and the front page story was about how someone was looking to set up a scheme where Women could get background checks on romantic partners, and concerned family members or friends could get them done on their behalf.

As many others have pointed out, we are not afraid of feminists, but we do detest them for the bullies and dictators that they are.

Why all the backlash? Because feminists are rigging laws in their favor. For example, Title IX kangaroo courts in which men are expelled without due process or evidence, and no recourse for appeal. Or scholarships and quotas in which more capable men are passed over in favor of less capable women (that is the purpose of a quota - if the women were just as capable there would be no need for a quota in the first place).

Feminism at its core is about lying and exaggerating to serve its own agenda - the wage gap is a myth that has been debunked many times over, so is the 1 in 5 college women will be assualted, so is the alleged link between porn, prostitution and sex slavery.

Feminists don't want to share power - they want to steal it all for themselves (as opposed to earning it through meritocracy) - and make you their celibate slave. There is a lot of information available demonstrating exactly this, but that you choose to ignore it all and pretend that none of it counts just reveals your own solipsism and ingrained bias.

At best they're annoying. Even if they don't impact your life, you're better off staying away from them. Anyone who thinks men are oppressing women have done so throughout all of history is likely to have a negative view of men in general.

We aren't afraid, we just know that they will make shitty long term potential. These women are typically anti-feminity, unattractive, think they are smarter than they actually are and bore me with their pseudo-intellectual rants, can't have children (despite that they often want to), etc.

It's a big red flag really.

The premise of this question is flawed. Most men who don't agree with feminism aren't afraid of it at all - they just don't accept the common narrative that they must follow the party line or face the consequences.

Ironically, explicitly anti-feminist men are less afraid than average, because they can overcome the fear of the social, career and personal repercussions involved in saying 'I disagree with feminism.'

This is related to the 'you're just intimidated by a strong woman' trope. No, we're not, we just don't want to have anything to do with them. Personally, I wish them the best of luck, but I face enough competition in my day to day life, the last thing I want is a partner that revels in conflict and somehow beating me at my own game.

Any real RP can't be affected by a Feminist, but that also answers your question.

If patriarchy existed it would be controlled by alphas. For Feminist to advanced they would need to demand alphas obey and change their ways, but they end up rewarding them with preference (as in sexual validation). Betas are commonly condemned by Feminist even though they obey and usually fall in line with what Feminist say they would prefer.

I think a lot of RP men were betas that identified with Feminist then realized they traded that for sexual appeal.

this goes back to the heart of feminist ideology, which is heavily based upon Carl Marx's ideas of the "haves vs. the have nots." In order to cast all women as the oppressed lower class in need of redemption, feminist ideology MUST cast all men as the oppressive "patriarchy," or at least benefiting from it. This is why male feminists are referred to as "allies" (traitors).

Feminists have gone out of their way at every opportunity to denigrate their oppressive patriarchal overlords, because they are the freedom fighters leading the resistance against privilege. They then offer salvation for those poor men they attack by lying through their teeth and saying that "feminism is for everyone" when Emma Watson clearly laid it out as "He for She."

What ends up happening is that every aspect of masculinity is labeled "toxic masculinity" because it reinforces the patriarchy. As in the California "yes means yes" law, this has the effect of terrifying men into submission.

So feminist ideology serves female interests by weeding out the betas. They are not trying to give men tools to be more alpha, this is what TRP does. Feminism does the opposite, applying a beta filter onto all men. Those that accept this massive shit test can be seen as beta and unworthy, while the true alphas are unfazed.

Now women can easily see the Cads that they can fuck, because all other men have become pussy whipped beta orbiters.

Further, feminists are only looking for equality WHEN IT BENEFITS WOMEN. When men complain about any injustice against them, they are laughed at for being whiny patriarchal oppressors. Feminists tell them that their issues are secondary and will be addressed after female issues are fixed first. So the guys go and try to make their own group, and are shouted down or silenced. Filled with righteous fury, they turn to TRP.

On top of all this, Government has absorbed feminism (Gloria Steinem finished her work for the CIA by the 1970s: ever heard of the phrase "I'm a proud independent black woman and I don't need no man"?) and used it to its own ends like population control and a stranglehold over academia. This pattern holds true for all social movements, just like how the Roman Empire absorbed Christianity.

You can tell what type of woman is a feminist because she is completely invested in "fighting the patriarchy" and brings up completely debunked statistics like the wage gap MYTH or the rape culture MYTH. Kind of like a vegan who MUST make absolute sure that everyone knows they are a vegan and that they are morally superior while ignoring the fact that sharp teeth and cooking meat are a major part of human evolution.

A feminist is much more likely than an average person to claim that "everything is just a social construct" and ignore the effects of biology by using an extremist nurture over nature blank slate bullshit ideology. Original 2nd wave feminism from the 60s is long dead, the mid 80s was the time of the government takeover, and it became entrenched by 1990. If you listen to old guard feminists like Christina Sommers you can see and hear how horrified they are at what the movement has become, focusing on crap like "manspreading"

Feminists who hold extreme views have been promoted into government positions because the internet allowed for an arena of competing beliefs, and the more crazy ones are seen as more devoted to the cause. just like the Jihadists, the nasty loud minority is now in charge. The majority is irrelevant because they are moderates, and now the radicals are running the show. You would need to be in severe denial to say otherwise.

That's your answer right there. Both things occur for the same reasons: Insecurity and a sense that their way of life is being threatened. You can almost track the rise of all of this, Obama gets elected, the closet racists and far right conservatives feel threatened and amp up their rhetoric, the feminist respond to that rhetoric, the MRA/RP respond to the feminists. The feminists feel their worldview is confirmed and respond as such. The MRA/RP feel their POV has been justified and respond alike, and it just keeps going, around and around. Meanwhile the cooler heads in the middle just keep their mouth shut and shake their heads.

Frankly, as a woman, I don't call myself a feminist because I don't want to be associated with the extremists who seem to get the most air time. A bit like why a lot of people have left the Republican party. Today's feminism strikes me as lazy and weak honestly. It's a lot of privileged, first world people complaining about their first world problems and not doing much else. I believe women should be equal, and I admire strong hardworking women. I don't admire a bunch of people sitting around on Tumblr complaining about trigger warning and pronouns. I don't think they or the RP/MRA deserve as much attention as they get.
