And if anyone is going to argue with me please let me know where I can meet the high SMV women who like gamers and nerds.

I've noticed that a lot of redpillers do this thing, where they claim "women only want the top tier of guys" but then in the same paragraph they'll specify that they're talking specifically about "hot" women, (fatties and plain janes don't count) so they themselves are only focusing on the top teir of women.

So what they're really doing is expressing astonishment that hot people only seem to want to date other hot people.

"Hyper"masculine (implying an absurd degree of masculine, ie bodybuilder) isn't the most desired male archetype anyway, most prefer masculine but offset with some feminine aspect.

'High SMV' women will like you if you too are 'high SMV.' When women talk about liking nerdy guys, they're talking about people like Matthew Grey Gubler's character in Criminal Minds, not this guy.

If you are already attractive, liking video games or being good at Maths or Physics won't detract from that (provided it's not all you can talk about,) but it won't add to it either unless she too is interested in those subjects.

I don't want to change your view. I want to suggest a nuance.

Men's idea of "hyper masculine" =/= what women generally find hot.

Women's ideal of "hyper masculine" is significantly more on the "handsome" (and less on the "rugged") side, and not as muscular. Women also tend towards preferring tallness and agile-muscled builds rather than HUUUUUGE guys.

Remember, before Hugh Jackman played Wolverine, the biggest fangirl-bait in X-Men was Gambit, who was certainly buff but hardly bulky. Wolverine (who clearly embodies the male idea of hyper-masculine) wasn't that popular amongst women (although he had some fangirls). Jackman however is 6ft3 (a whole foot taller than Wolverine in the comics) and has a much more lithe build.

Unattractive people are unattractive. Being skinny however, doesn't make someone immediately unattractive. Some women may not like it, and some may. Really, a lot of it depends on how you wear it too.

Masculine nerd is my type, I've met many dudes who are both manly and geeky simultaneously. Being a gamer doesn't prevent you from going to the gym or having a deep voice lol. Only gay men like the blocky meat head shape, women prefer more lean muscle.

My gf is way better looking than I am, I'm a little taller than average, skinny by all accounts, but holy shit I talk to her like she's a human being and not a walking vagina and she seems to like being treated like that. Bizarre how women's minds work.

Want to know why 'hot muscular guys' get the girls? Because they have the balls to stand up to rejection. However, try to make it as hard as possible for the girls to reject you (groom yourself, go to the gym, work hard, dress well etc) and they often won't.

Every time i asked a girl out I expected a 'no, eww you're a creep' but I havent been rejected once.

Guess what, I don't want your "hot women", so I am okay with them not wanting me. The main reason is that "hotness" is not only in-born, it takes a lot of investment like cosmetics and fashion and suchlike. And people must economize their time, if they invest time in one thing, they invest less time in other things. I like the kind of women who invest time into reading books instead of shopping for clothes.

Sure, my penis likes the "hot women" more, but I am not a penis, my brain and soul also needs a mate, and this takes priority over what the penis wants.

Why do you want hit / high SMV women if you are a nerd? Why not one you can talk with, who is a soulmate for you?

Is it a way to score points with others i.e. showing off a hot GF would gain you status points, and respect?

I think you have a classic mismatch here, why would you want women with entirely different interests (i.e. interest in working on being hot) as you? How would you expect that relationship to work out? What would you talk about? Why not the gamer girl who looks plain?

I like a mixture. My boyfriend is strong with a good body, but he's also a nerd and a gamer with no interest in sports. He lifts to look and feel good. You can be both.

Some women are nerdy, some like gaming, some like science, some love musicians (lots of skinny men there (and pale if they're white guys) )

Why does a nerdy man have to be unattractive? Why does a muscular jock have to be unattractive. Often it's the complete opposite.

When we got married my husband was (quick google conversion) 145 pounds and 5'11. I like the long lean look and guys with muscular calves look fat to me. He wasn't very nerdy but judicious application of some Roger Zelazny has gradually led him to a semi-serious Jim Butcher addiction.

Your studies don't screen for meatheads. Masculine Faces / Voices have nothing to do with meatheads/muscle and everything with testosterone during puberty. Think jock gone lawyer.
The women in these studies are the exception to the rule. The rule being the rest of the women being normal to low estrogen women (plane janes) going (settling?) for oval faced dudes with a tenor voice.
The reason you only see hot girls with unattractive nerdy men only once in a blue moon lies obviously also with the mens confidence/initiatve. I mean have you ever been to class in a STEM field? Don't tell me they are 90% single because they are trying hard but get neckbeard-blocked all the time. The majority of real nerds doesn't chat up girls for fun and their social ineptitude is at times almost palpable. They sure as hell don't go out and ask a dozen girls out. What I am saying is when a girl says she is open to these kind of guys she means she is way more open than you would expect.

Who is more masculine.. Ryan Reynolds or The Rock? They are both muscular men but they have very different builds, faces, mannerisms, etc. But I've only ever heard women openly fantasize about one of them.
