Part of this article seems fanciful (I hope) but there seem to be sincere thoughts here. I suspect this is a place where TBP and TRP might differ.

On the other side from Roosh "Don't make important [relationship?] decisions while sexually frustrated," or characterizing that as foolishness ("thinking with the wrong head") seems common.

I expect a big value mis-match too. Others may not value sexual pleasure as highly as this article does, despite also embracing sexual pleasure.

... gives me ... purpose ... giving me meaning in an otherwise meaningless existence. ... My boner is ambitious.

I would never think to call this ambition. I understand the meaning (aspiring for 'ambitious' sexual conquests) but dedicating lots of effort to this calling is almost the opposite of what I'd call ambition. Often this effort is zero-sum, taking away from time spent doing more productive things that better society for example. As I'm not much for hookups I don't think I've ever felt the ambition he describes either.

Without the ability to make a boner, I am weak, impotent, and harmless.

Most men have some difficulties eventually, if only in advanced age. Life can still be fulfilling (agree?). And 'harmful' is a weird thing to associate with your erection.
