Urgh - I just hate all that life coaching self help crap. What gives these people any credence? Why should I take heed in what they have to say? Not just twerp books - but anything that advises you on how to live your life.

I have noticed on Facebook that the people that share the most motivational quotes, are the people less likely to have their shit together. I think this extends to this lot as well.

Rollo Tomassi and The Rational Male

Rollo Tomassi is a well known name in Red Pill communities. He sells his series of The Rational Male books for $15-20 USD. This is one of the first attempts I have seen of someone trying to monetize The Red Pill.

That people still beat this dead horse is beyond me.

Everything he wrote in his books is available for free on his blog, and it's not as if his books cost and arm and a length. Pretending he's robbing gullible morons blind like bluepillers love to do is more than disingenuous.

Being notorious isn't really in high demand. Which is why you see men like Jordan Peterson be influential and make an ungodly sum of money fairly quickly.

No. I've bought Rollo Tomassi's books though. First two were good at the base nature of women. Long winded though.

I don't think I would put GLO into this category. GLO is in GLO's category. I got the impression GLO sees TRP as a hobby.

u/RianStone, last time I check, did a French blog that saved my ass once. Would have gotten fired in my naïve mindset.

Hopefully they have patroen accounts and get a few bills paid a month. A lot of them have helped some struggling men find sanity.

It's kinda scammy, but it's also not surprising. When things start gaining traction, there are always going to be enterprising people who try to profit (I'm guessing all those pussy hats weren't free lol).

I think that many of the ideas underlying TRP are crucial expressions of men's liberation. It would be nice if someone could figure out how to spread the word in a way that is digestible to far more men.

3) I never closely followed or read any of his verbiage but at one point TableMan (possibly some other cretin and I'm confusing them) put all his stuff behind a paywall in a huff and sold subscriptions at rediculous rates to see his new brainfarts after some social media site banned him (twitter? YouTube? Can't remember. I think it was because of somethings he wrote after Bourdain's suicide). He whined a lot.
