I'm not very attractive or super charming/funny, but I use a few dating apps and live in a dense city so I'm still able to get dates pretty easily. And it seems like nowadays women will just fuck anyone who takes them on a date. What usually happens is we go out for dinner/drinks and then as it's reaching the end I'll say "Hey want to watch a movie at my place?" 9/10 times they'll say yes and then we're fucking within 20 minutes. This includes girls who have stuff in their profiles like "i'm looking for something serious."

It feels like a fairly massive shift in dating culture. I remember 5 years ago or so I would have to talk to girls for weeks and really show them I was interested before they would agree to date me and even then I would still have to wait several dates before anything physical. Again I'm not especially good-looking or charismatic so my experiences can't be unique. Has the amount of dating churn and options available make women feel more obligated to fuck early on? What's going on?
