when a young teen, I remember teen girls being very horny at that age. My feeling is that negative sexual experiences kinda kill a lot of sex drives early on, then some women regain that over time.

I've also noticed that women need to 'feel sexy' to be in the mood. But younger folks tend to be a bag of insecurity, so much so that they need to mature enough to feel comfortable and sexy. but by then they are old and tired so now that hits the libido

Interestingly I have two FWB types, both married, who have insanely high sex drives. They both masturbate at least once a day, one tells me she wakes up, her husband goes to work and she starts the day with a masturbation session. The other sends me pictures of her doing it at work.

That's a thing you figure out pretty quickly. Exceptions get a whole lot of press but they're just that, exceptions. Literally every woman's laptop I've borrowed has been porn free. Literally every man's has had it in autocomplete out in the open, even for work computers, even if his wife also works there and commutes with him. That was my second job and I was the only other guy using that computer.

The real thing that gets a rise out of a lot of men is the audacity a lot of women have to claim this isn't the case. You get a lot of threads about high libido women and some women will claim that because they know like one or two other women who watch porn daily or almost daily that there's no difference. Or that there's no libido difference at all in most relationships.

Most men would absolutely love the human species to be equal libido. It'd solve all their problems right out no matter how you attack the stats. A lot of women see this difference as them somehow getting put down and make this demand and overcompensate without actually realizing what the male libido is like.

It is certainly a inefficient, annoying and stressful endeavor, but it is still needed to not become depressed so I still do it. It will probably change when old age start creeping in.

Everyone is different. I’ve been with ladies that wanted sex several times a day. Or ones that love giving head. Some admitted they didn’t want sex very often (although this girl did admit she had never had an orgasm during sex). I was able to work with her level of comfortability through mutual masturbation and lots of cuddling until she was able to have orgasms in bed. She still wasn’t the most sexual person after that, but it definitely helped.

I think people generally confuse three things; sex, love, and intimacy.

This is not my experience. I was in 3 LTR's covering almost 20 years and was virtually never turned down.

The female sex drive isn't lower, but it is receptive.

Idk because once I’m in an LTR the girl usually puts out when I want to and rarely refuses. I think that’s partly because the type of chick willing to date me is willing to “get in the mood” on demand for a boyfriend and the type that aren’t weed me out way before that point. Works for me

Their sex drive goes down once they settle, but if the opportunity for sex with new people is open and their self esteem is healthy, their sex drive is almost as high as men's.

Roughly the same way that I feel about gravity and Maxwell's equations, especially after my own SD significantly went down as I reached the age of 25 or so (i.e. I don't have the first-hand experience of a man and a woman to compare and understand, but I have the experience of younger and older me). In general, I came to conclusion that sex is such an insignificant part of human experience that if I was to write a complete list of "how exactly men and women are different", sex drive would be in the footnotes.

I don't really have feelings about it. It just is.

I used to feel confused about why women didn't want sex from me, but did want it from other men. But that was because of being told bullshit about how men and women are the same and how being nice makes girls want to sleep with you. So I figured if I'm attracted to pretty girls who are nice to me, then girls will be attracted to me if I'm nice to them.

I also don't think that women have a lower sex drive than men. Reactive sex drive does not necessary mean low or lower sex drive than someone with a proactive sex drive. It's more accurate to state that the sex drive women have lies dormant most of the time. But once you wake it up, a woman's sex drive easily outpaces a man's. Most men don't know how to awaken a woman's sex drive.

Personally I wish it was higher. But woman's sex drive is lower for two reasons:

1) It's more reactive.

2) A woman during a single intercourse could satisfy multiple men. And often would need multiple men to be satisfied, assuming men are putting as much effort in sex as she does.

If group sex was the norm - and I mean those who wouldn't participate in it would be seen as deviants - we'd have multiple men fucking one woman per intercourse. And I would be happy with that arrangement. But others... not.

I didn't know this was a settled issue. My ex and I had sex at least once every single day through 2 years of Engineering school... My drive was slightly higher than hers but she kept up pretty well and definitely enjoyed it.

One interesting thing I found was that I wanted it more at night, and she wanted it more in the morning. It was strange but waking up to your girl on top of you is great..

It hasn't been my experience that women are substantially less horny than men, I think they've just been taught to not let on that they're into it or something (for fear of being a slut)?

Women don't have a lower sex drive than men, they just have a lower sex drive with their partner than their partner does with them. Attraction to their male partner goes down for women WAY faster than men's attraction for their partners over the same timeline.

Another reason for men not to marry. Men are thinking that marriage will mean regular access to sex but in actuality it means less as time goes by. Better to stay single, for both men and women, actually. But that's a different subject.

Full disclosure, I'm MGTOW, so based on divorce and family court bias, and women's waning interest in their partners, it just makes sense for men to forgo marriage. It's the logical choice.
