Hopefully it's their thing to rib each other. Some people are just like that so I wouldn't consider this an immediate red flag since I don't know anything else about them. But it's not my type of humor and I'd hate this. Actually, I can't imagine anything worse than doing something slightly embarrassing and then that thing being pointed out and made into a big deal a long time after it. Some people will talk about things like that years later and I hate it. I don't like shame based mocking type of humor.
