This reminds me of a short story by Milan Kundera, wherein a man and his wife go out and decide to roleplay. I believe the "good girl" image is kind of like the beta image those guys have. It's not so much that they are so much more family friendly than the rest of us - I think it's more that they don't have the tools to do the things they want deep down.
