I had went out to a bar with one of my buddies last night for a couple of drinks. Rarely, if ever, do I go out to bars and clubs as I'm not really big on the crowds, spending my money, and the throes of women who feel entitled to a drink. Prior to coming to the bar, I had set up an alternate plan with a girl I've been smashing off and on for a few years. I soon become bored with the bar and my buddy and decide to catch an Uber to her apartment. I get in the car with the driver and he seems to be a nice guy and the usual small talk ensues.

He's asked why I was leaving the bars so early and I explain how it's just not really my thing anymore and how quite frankly the women are annoying at bars and I've been there and done that. He responds and shares the same sentiments and how he feels that the same women who are in the clubs are the same ones who feel they should receive marriage. We get started on marriage and hearing the guy share his views felt like I was hearing the sidebar being read out loud.

The Uber driver begins to share his story on how his marriage ended and that he was able to come out of a divorce financially unscathed and that he wouldn't make the mistake of getting married twice. Clearly, he was on of the lucky ones. He told me how that even though he has a couple of girls he can call, he rarely does because of the drama and he's much to old (he was a middle aged man) for the headache. I told him that after a certain point you come to realize that all women are the same and you learn to accept the harsh reality. He then says, "That's what you call the Red Pill". I laugh and ask if he knew of the subreddit and he explains that that was how he got through his divorce and the days after. He's now MGTOW and has been for quite sometime. Meeting a guy who changed his station in life because of the knowledge received on here confirmed that if you focus, lift, read the sidebar, and step your game up you don't have to suffer the same fate as our beta counterparts. This is real.

Guys, consider yourself lucky that you've been able to stumble across this group. What you're witnessing is a group of men who are fed up with the status quo and seek to build better and fulfilling lives on their own terms. This group gives us a place to speak and voice our opinions. No longer do we have to feel that our views on women and sexual strategy are invalid or crazy. I stumbled across RedPill because I knew somewhere out there were men who shared my views. I'm glad I found this group because now I know I'm not the only sober person in the room.

TLDR: Met a RedPill Uber Driver. Keep focusing on RedPill strategy.
