I am desperate to find those who possess the ability to think for themselves and produce in-depth content.

It seems to me that the majority of content creators simply rehash concepts from other thinkers. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. We won't get very far if every youtube channel, reddit poster, blog writer, and influencer goes into the academic theory behind every concept they mention. But it does mean that I have to make assumptions about the legitimacy of their assumptions. It does mean that I get secondary information.

Who do you respect? Who are the people that make you sit and think very hard when they come out with a position that you do not agree with? Who refuses to be put in a box? Who is currently at the forefront of a dynamic field you're interested in? Please don't confine this question to only Red Pill topics either.

This question comes to mind because I have recently been introduced to Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson. While I've always thought of myself as a "liberal" or "left" person, these two have both influenced me greatly.
