TL/DR: working out, eating right, and meditating will help you keep yourself grounded, here in reality. Keeping yourself out of a fantasy, and in control of where your life is headed.

The greatest outcome of your life does not come from some self help guide. It it is not a secret formula.

It does NOT come from validation.

AND it definitely does not come from "loving" a woman, whether or not she "loves you" and stays with you forever; that is not fulfillment for a man.

Almost every time I watch a movie (I quit watching TV over a year ago.), which is probably once every couple of months, I see the main actor ultimately go through this mess of bulshit to find his way back to love, or in the name of love. Oh isn't this great; guy meets girl, loses himself, yada, yada, and yada. Even in movies like "Deadpool," which somewhat shocked me.

This is the BP world. The real affect Hollywood has on society is truly unthinkable.

I go on Facebook for the first time in 9 months to message a friend for their number, and I cannot believe my eyes. Girls posting memes about how they deserve respect, love, and how men always should think about their girlfriends before they even look at another women (all in the name of because they're women.).

The control social media and Hollywood (includes music obviously.) have over our society is crazy. And when you've been away from it so long, you don't miss it. It's quite funny when you do return to check up on it or even keep it around after this long break.

But living in this society without these things is strange today, it's what the world knows. For many RP's, this has obviously changed. We can see that all the time we did spend absorbing this, has caused it to have an affect on us. Our subconscious took so much of this information in and this is why it's quite hard to break free.

So many movies all end the same way, boy rides off into sunset with girl. Whether or not this is your ultimate goal after coming to TRP, is beside the point.

Because life isn't about this fantasy. It's about how you feel, right now. How you feel, how powerful you are, and your mood/mindset dictate much of what your goals are. If you dominate your life and feel great, you desire more control and power. When you begin to feel powerless, or you lose control of your own emotion and mindset, you feel curbed. You become tired. The fetal position becomes more comfortable than standing.

That is why your absolute goal each day should revolve around 3 simple things. After completion of these three things, no matter where you are or what you have, you will feel more powerful. You will feel under control. It should not revolve around fantasy. It should be grounded in reality, where you physically are, and not based on entertainment or societies idea of "good living."

You complete these tasks, and move on to what comes next for your day. This is not something you let "go by the waist side." It is completed every single day, no matter what, priority number one. It is what sets the bar for your life.

Once completed, nothing can stop you. Your power increases, your self control increase, and your desire and mindset become clear and attainable to you. The challenge is not giving in when you're not motivated. This is what you're TRULY training for: SELF DISCIPLINE.

So...

Lift, run HIIT, or rest.

Diet, water, and sleep 8+ hours.

Meditate 10+ minutes.

The rest will come, that is the easy part. The hard part is committing to this, everyday, for the rest of your life and dismissing the thought of quitting. The only way to win the game, is to keep your head (a grounded one.) in it.
