Even someone as myself who is half Latina and doesn’t even look like it, my ex consistently always gaslighted me about my angry Latina temper even though I don’t even have one, unless you abuse me to the point of no return. Same, this pisses me off to no end. I’ve been fetishized by white, black, and Asian men alike. Just so y'all know Latina / Latinx isn't a race. It's an ethnicity. Latinx people come in all races - Black, white, asian, indigenous, mestizo, etc. I keep seeing it being referred to as race and that muddles up discourse.

Edit - it also erases the existence of Black Latinxs especially.
