Honestly a huge reason why even if I do get to be in a headspace or place in my life where I could allow myself to date again, my biggest fear is getting STD’s from men. Like damn HPV can go hidden in men... I don’t want to get no cervical cancer from them 🤮

I had one BF that consistently gave me BV. He had good hygiene. I think our body chemistry just wasn't compatible.

men aren't worth getting an STD for, getting BV from, or getting a yeast infection... and he should be wearing a condom, with NO complaints... they dont think about that its us ladies that have to go to the gyno anytime we have a concern, its us that have brith control options that not only cost money but mess up our bodies, its us that risk pregnancy, its us that risk STD's and other uncomfortable / stinky conditions... yet these guys dont even think about our pleasure and most of the time we dont even orgasm... and ive had some awful gynos that gave me a hard time about getting put on the pill, gave me a hard time when I was still a virgin, and then shamed me when I gained some weight after a horrible semester at colleges and you're laying there cold and naked with your legs spread and you drove to the hood for this dr, sat with screaming kids in the waiting room, then to be shamed and given a hard time just for a refill... smh I had ass hole drs... keep looking until you find one better and keep all this in mind when you do have sex because most of the time its not worth it! Get a good vibrator and guess what you can keep them squeaky clean, no worries

Man this might sound like a joke and it is kind of funny, but if this isn’t the dang truth.. Men have messed me up down there more than I can count. The mediocre hook up isn’t worth the extreme discomfort from a bacterial infection or UTI that hurts so bad you feel like dying.

I remember the one and only time I noticed a change was when I was briefly with this guy my second year of college. Very casual and I broke it off after seeing him a few times— wasn’t into him enough to keep going. To my face, he seemed to take the rejection ok. After our last encounter, my Lady was waaaay off. I was confused bc it had never happened before and I was a bit embarrassed (thankfully it was just BV).

For the next few months, mf would stalk me at parties and say I was “his girl” and actually stole my phone from my purse and changed all of my contacts to Darth Vader as revenge. He was also trying to talk shit about my best friend at the time to try to split us apart. That’s why Me Lady was saying “NO SIS.”

He was a headache.
