Not sure why a young "ripe" (that's not creepy at all/s) woman who's brain has not fully developed would make a good match for an older (more physiologically) older male.

Also your wording really comes off as creepy. Like so creepy. If you're trying to get the LTR you want, you may want to not refer to her in those terms.

Besides its pretty well known that a lesser age gap is good factor to increase a relationships chances of survival

Are you talking about you or your buddy?

If your buddy cares about kids and family with a young woman and fresh eggs so much he should have been focused on that at 20, not however old he is.

And if he couldn’t attract a single woman then or before 30, that’s just how it goes. Some ppl aren’t attractive and will have to pick what’s left. However he’s feeling about his options is probably how many ppl feel about him.

In all honesty peak woman is early 20s, at 25 it goes downhill (very slowly) and then they hit the wall at whatever point their genetics and lifestyle dictate.
