The “ideal” women are those that are easy to manipulate. Studies show human frontal lobe matures at 30 YEARS OF AGE (the number used to be 25 though). Is it a pure coincidence that its the same with the mythical “wall” for women???🙄

I'm a med student and what a coincidence, I was reading about the functions of various parts of the brain( including the prefrontal cortex) yesterday itself. Being under the 25-30 range myself, I immediately went on to look for articles on how to strengthen your prefrontal cortex. These aren't mine but I noted down what I could find :- 1. RESIST INSTANT GRATIFICATION- I'd say the most important one (delay your reward system) 2. Go beyond your comfort zone (willpower) 3. Learn new material (brain engages itself while reading or learning new languages ) 4. Blue sky thinking- best case scenario (thinking positively requires higher resistance) 5. Enough Sleep (decision making skills and concentration decrease with lack of sleep temporarily) 6. Meditate (Awareness) 7. Have a clean diet 8. Surrounding yourself with people who encourage you and push you (positive social pressure) 9. Practice emotional management (self discipline and tolerating distress/impulse/boredom) 10. Examine your underlying motives (sponsoring thought- ask atleast 7 whys as to why you are doing something) 11. Put distance between yourself and temptation (establish small healthy habits)

For people above the age of 30 don't be too discouraged ,You can still see improvement if you follow these as the brain has the ability to change and reprogram itself (Neuroplasticity).

These changes range from individual neuron pathways making new connections, to systematic adjustments like cortical remapping.

What damages the prefrontal cortex? Lesions, head injuries (why you should avoid dating athletes and mma fighters) and it can gradually worsen with addictions such as smoking, alcohol, gambling and porn/sex addiction.

Lol, they know this. People under 30 are easier to manipulate. Ask an older man you might know why he likes younger women. The answer is normally either "They're mature for their age" or because "Women my age are just 'too much'"

AKA : She is younger than 30 and I can make her my 'ideal' woman and when she gets too old, I'll get another.

i actually feel at 30 how i thought i was going to feel at 25 self esteem wise etc so this makes sense to me. i finally feel like i have my head on somewhat straight. and of course they would lie about this so you can settle and get trapped into a marriage/babies with a lvm and stay bc of inertia/sunk cost fallacy like we just talked about in another thread. plus they further mindfuck you by saying you're damaged goods for being divorced/single mother so you just stick it out. horrible. i'm so glad i never did either. now i don't think i ever will! and that's what they fear the most that you'll opt out after realizing what bullshit it is.

I got the most "attention" in my life from men when I was between the ages of 10 and 16 and I never looked/acted "mature for my age". In fact, I was quite childish and obviously underage. Yet that's when I got the most attention. I think we hid the wall the moment we're old enough to vote and drive and be otherwise independent.

Yeah, I obviously agree with the manipulation thing, but I think the conception that 30 is the age of the wall was coined more because of the "over 30 you have more chances to give a birth to a child with Down syndrome, tick-tock!!11oneone" discourse. I don't know about other countries, but here it was repeated on biology classes since high school as "a scientific fact about feminine fertility".
