I'm not raising a child until I can fully support it in a loving and financially stable household. At least China is honest: citizens are tax cattle. The only reason the west doesn’t hear more of this is that we encourage and allow immigration, while the CCP does not. I’m a little surprised they aren’t forcing women to make babies, though who knows, after an official policy of forcible abortion, forcible pregnancy isn’t far-fetched.

We should spread the info about tracking fertility through temperature devices. Still doesn't fix every other issue women fix with hormonal treatment but it's at least a way to avoid children for the women who have regular periods.

Look. I don't care in which continent you are living now, how democratic or not democratic it is, how secure you feel on your right to make your own reproductive choices ,etc. The population is falling almost worldwide and women will be blamed for ti ( we already are) . So you better start saving and get yourself an emergency stash of plan B pills (that no man gets to know about) and some emergency savings for an emergency abortion.

If you never need to use them? great...but if shit hits the fan in your country unexpectedly you'll be glad you have the option no to be baby trapped. Also start looking into contraception options even if you are cellibate.

The attitude of several countries ( some even in Europe for God's sake) about this is getting frightening and we need to be prepared for the worst even if we hope for the best.
