I never understood what fat genes actually means. How can the body generate random fats from nothing. If you don't eat where are all the fats coming from?

IMO my point still stands. There is still no such thing as genetically fat. All the low metabolism or problematic thyroids can contribute to being overweight but personally you still have control over your bodyweight. Everybody is built different and we play with the cards that we are dealt with, just slapping on the excuse of having "fat gene" is such bullshit.

Yeah women do have genetics that make them predisposed to having extra fat deposits. But guess where, breasts and hips. A bit to the stomach is natural, but when it starts hanging over the belt, you cant blame the fact of being a woman anymore. Only exception would be pregnant women and previously pregnant women.

I'm a lazy man and I`m not fat. Ok I have a bit of a beer belly but I also exercize heavily and I eat healthy food with tons of vegetables. If I feel like my stomach is a black hole, I eat more vegetables and fibers that fill it up and dont make me fat. Also walking a lot, I barely use a car or public transport, I walk a lot, that might help. Burning that extra 400 calories every day might be the solution to not become morbidly obese and not using a car to move to the store next door, or sitting all day long browsing social media on your phone and posting dumb shit like this. Everyone should take a long walk from time to time, not only does it strenghtens your body muscles, it also helps your heart and helps you lose weight. You dont need expensive gym subscription and threadmills and whatnot, just take a walk every day and you will feel differently, don't be lazy.

And we are mentally programmed to see that 20% body fat on a woman is like 13% on a man... give or take I don't remember what the actual numbers are, so those are just for example. But if you're noticeably fat it usually has nothing to do with genetics.

This person doesn't seem to know how genetics works. It's way more than possible that only one person in a family expresses a certain genetic trait. Not saying this person isn't just lazy, however plenty of genetic disorders/traits only end up affecting one person in a family.
