Experienced that myself while working in a female environment one time. Lets face it, the world that feminism is creating is almost as toxic to good, clear thinking women as it is for men, and it has gone well beyond just the loss of chivalry. It is a world centered around dysfunctional female behavior, lack of responsibility, and the type of power being wielding like a kid that just found his daddy's gun....where abnormal is the new normal.

More and more women are now waking up and realizing they are not at all like the crazy people we see on campus, on feminist boards, twitter, or in the general media.

Three certainties I see them realizing.

Feminism been using women as a shield to justify their insanity, and women are the one's taking the hits as men start to fight back.

Feminism is not about helping women, it's about dominance and control, misandry, and fabricating a paper wold suited to women of that ilk, where men are not just second class citizens, but chattel.

Men are not their enemy at all, the MRM is not their enemy, but more an ally than feminism every could be.

(Some) Women bring harem politics into whatever workplace they appear in.

Harem politics = Power devolving from a single source (alpha male/boss), peacocking (this office is too cold for my low-cut blouse!), temporary alliances to alienate and exclude rivals (Karen is such a bitch, isn't she? She thinks she's special), ego attacks (what are you wearing? That's so ugly! Nobody likes you!), gaslighting (I didn't say the project was due next week. I said it was due today. You must have misheard me) etc. ad nauseum.

Nobody hates women more than other women and the reason for that is that women do not compete openly or righteously; they are always trying to take a shortcut or cut an angle on each other.

Because feminism wants to blame everything on men and doesn't want to acknowledge "toxic femininity" within their own ranks the sisterhood will always be myth.

I was let go from a really great career because of workplace politics and trickery, all from women. Rumors, shit talking, being tricked into looking foolish or unprofessional, like this woman. And I suspect that they lodged falsified complaints about me that continue to haunt that work reference to this day. But of course there's no way for me to verify that.

Worst of all trying to explain this to my parents just made me sound like a fuckup, there's no way to explain all that without sounding like you're just covering for something you did wrong. When in fact while complex, it is the reality.

Toxic women are everywhere and you don't really have to look that far. I could fill a book with all the toxic women I've met living in support accommodation. In my personal experience there are very few men out there who mean and nasty just for the sake of it but the majority of woman I've lived with have been toxic. Just horrible people because they know they can get away with it.

I get to witness some if the drama at my dads work because the company I work for is different but still in the same building as his.

My company is pretty chill but thats because its pretty small and we all get along fairly well.

His company he works for has a really annoying feminist type lady that runs HR though. All the other women on the company hate her and she is always causing drama.

The only thing holding back women today is other bitchy women who are on power trips.

I had 1 man cause problems at work in my life...and DOZENS of women. In education, filled with mostly women...they get a kick out of ruining other women. Gossiping, tattling, trying to find out any perceived mistakes and using them against you. Working with men is so much less drama! If I had a choice, I would never work with women again...

I work in healthcare and at least from what I’ve noticed, unless you’re a physician, it’s completely female dominated. Hell, they had a scrub event one time and I was excited to receive discounted scrubs, it was 99.999% female scrubs and I had one rack to choose pants from. Anyway, the point is, I witness and deal with on a daily bases this toxic behavior. Also, let’s not forget how women have to deal with sexual harassment in the work place on the regular (I’m not denying to some woman, it’s true)... but I deal with way more sexual harassment than I can deal with sometimes. I’m not some Adonis or anything either, I’ve just ALWAYS been the only guy in any department I’m on. I’m constantly harassed and have had sexual innuendo thrown my way, or being asked to go out and have drinks with one of them when they KNOW I’m married. They simply don’t give a shit, and if I ever chose to speak up about any of it? It would get twisted around to me being the harasser so fast I’d be fired immediately, without proof, because that’s all it takes. So yes, I have to absolutely deal with it. I’m really fucking easy going so I can take it in stride but the constant gossip and she said this bullshit is insane. Never mind the fact that any task that involves heavy lifting is automatically dictated to me, “it’s sure nice to have a man around to do these things!” Is something I hear Every. Single. Day.

Place I used to work was a small startup in southern CA. Office manager and HR was the same person, a woman named Kristi. She was constantly rude and sarcastic to everyone, including the CEO and CTO. She acted like she was amazing an knew more than everyone, which was ironic because her degree was in physical therapy and the company was filled with PhDs and programmers. She also came up with an initiative to close the gender pay gap at the company by raising the women average to match the men average. There were like 40 men who were PhDs, programers, and C-level. There were a couple women programmers, a C-level woman and of course Kristi the under-qualified office manager/HR. Her idea was to close the "gap" by making her salary equal to a senior developer's. Once people understood what she was truing to do that was the end of closing the pay gap... because it was bullshit.

She finally go fired because she got into an argument with one of the company founders where she said that it was sexist to have urinals in the mens room. She thought the urinal should be removed so that men would have to wait for a stall the same as women. The founder said "that's the stupidest thing I've heard all year" to her in the middle of a company wide meeting. She tried to say that was sexual harassment and either he goes or she goes. The next week it was announced that she was leaving the company to "look for new opportunities."

Fucking idiot should have been happy with a good job she was lucky to have.

This type of behavior is probably on a bell curve, with more women than men prone to it. I have encountered guys who are prone to this type of shit. Guys are better dealing with it due to the dynamic between men, ie an underlying threat of violence. This dynamic is probably also responsible for back stabbing and toxic scheming being far less common among men.
