Just keep the lawyer. You might fuck up on draft and have it kicked back, lawyer will get it right the first time and be done with it.

And that’s nothing against you personally but if that’s the only thing keeping you from being done with the bullshit, just see it through. No point in risking a hiccup at the last second.

Keep lawyer. It’s not worth the risk given what has transpired.

Don’t use an AI for anything legal. Yes 4 AIs picked stocks and beat the market last year but that’s basically advanced mathematical probability. For legal stuff they are not as reliable.

Update: I know have a Final Judgment Against her employer the garnishee (a big plastic surgery clinic) they failed to respond or show cause to the wage withholding and the Conditional judgement. I'm placing a lein on the clinics property at the probate office and already served discovery to find out which bank they use. I also plan on filing a Writ of Execution so the sheriff can take some of their property or do a stand by at the front desk to collect the amount owed.. They have about 2 weeks left to appeal the final judgement (42 day window) , but I believe they have to put up 150% of the judgment amount to put a hold on it. I'm getting closer but still haven't collected yet.
