Do not leave your house. I made this mistake only because I could not handle being in the same house with here and I was afraid I'd do something that she would be able to use against me. I would never get physical but there was a lot of yelling and her screaming and I could not put up with it and didn't want the kids to witness us fighting. She even spit in my face one time. Then she claimed I pushed her which I didn't. I did out my fist through the bedroom door when she was gone out of anger. I left for a few months to try and cool off then thank god my friends talked me into going home and refusing to leave again. So she left. Had I not gone home and she remained I may have had a hard time getting her out. I forced the sale of the home. Which is not a bad idea.

Take everyone's advice here. You move and she will be in that house for years while you fight through the courts to get her out. Happened to my brother, friend, and now it's happening to me.

I left with the kids when she was flipping out, totally intending to go back. This MF lied and got a temporary restraining order granted, took the kids, the house, the car, everything.

We reconciled and the restraining order was dropped. We were working on moving back in together, and things fell apart again. She maintains her lies from the restraining order, so I filed. She ll be in that house for the next 5+ years while I fight tooth and nail to get her out. Then I'm going for Watts charges as leverage to hopefully get her out of my retirement or some other fucked up deal.

You stay. She doesn’t want to remain married? Then she moves out. Though if you bought the house while you were married, she’s still entitled to half the equity. But YOU need a lawyer ASAP.
