I deleted my FB a few years ago as I personally think it does more harm than good. When I did, a weight got lifted off my shoulder's as I no longer had it's distraction, or the chance of seeing people post stupid shit. I suggest if you are worried about "people" seeing some of the things you post publicly to simply remove yourself from that social BS bubble.

People “clear” stories and just view everything the people they follow post so there isnt anything new at the top of the page. Seems like you’re the one who cares more if it’s a problem enough to post here.

Or just get rid of Facebook entirely. I did a couple months ago. It's turned into such a cesspool of ego driven short videos and ads. I actually didn't delete entirely though. I "deactivated" it cause I didn't want to torch the history of my kids on there. Maybe it will get better in the future and I an reactivate.

I don’t understand social media. How do you know she views them? Do you see everyone that looks at whatever you post? Does FB show that Susie Q viewed something?

Maybe she is in hopes that you are not doing better than her? So has to constantly be checking up on what you are doing for her own sanity. She wants to make sure she made the right choice monkey branching, and could still be having second thoughts.
