We’ve been separated for 5 months she went back home to parents. She’s the one that wants the divorce, I tried multiple times to reconcile but all the times I did she said she has made her mind to get a divorce, yet she hasn’t filed. At this point I just want to get this over with I tried my best to fix the situation it’s been over 5 months since we separated and we barely talk.

I reached out to her last night offering and substantial amount of money to get this over with. But she doesn’t believe that what I’m offering her is enough. I just want to keep the house because is near my job. So I’m giving her all the savings so we don’t have to involve lawyers and waste more money, but she keeps dragging her feet.

At this point I don’t know what to do we have no children. I’m upset that the home I purchase on my own went up in value and if it goes down to lawyers and a judge I won’t have enough to buy her out and she’s been unreasonable to work with. I don’t know what to do I want to carry on with my life but I’m stuck in this contract with her and at this point she’s not letting me move forward by not initiating the divorce or coming to an agreement with me. I’m unsure on how to carry on from here we only been married for 5 years.
