Maybe wasn’t an option so I picked I just want to see the votes.

I would be willing to get married again but I would want to be in the mindset that marriage is not the endgame but it’s a relationship that I want to continue to maintain and it gives me and my partner enough room to be our own people. My first and only marriage I didn’t have that mindset and it failed. So yeah if I’m good with myself and I found the right person then I would be open to getting married again.

Nope......fool me once........also why would I allow anyone to have say over my possessions and autonomy ever again? And I'm not some bitter guy who is against marriage or relationships. I just have a cheat code and it's fool proof.

My divorce was horrible. I was used and abused for years during my marriage. Do I ever regret doing it? Absolutely not. 3 beautiful children came out of it and are my life. Without them I feel like I would have no purpose in life. Every moment in your life is what makes you you. I don’t regret any decision I have made… ehh aside from letting her keep the purple mattress.

If I met the right woman I would marry again. The problem is they simply don’t exist anymore 😂.

Would I marry again? With the proper woman, and an iron clad pre-nuptial, yeah. The hard part is finding a proper woman. After 5-6 weeks seeking one on only one dating site, I think a lightning strike is more likely.

I have no problem, Maybe, living with somebody for decades? , but enter into a government contract? There’s not a chance in hell that that’s ever gonna happen again. In fact, I think I’d be more inclined to have my own home. She has her own home, and then we spend a few days a week at each other’s houses, I’d probably be more in that direction.

I believe I read somewhere that statistically only a minority of men remarry after divorce.

Many people have their explanations though. I'd say the one I have heard the most common is "I ain't falling for that again!" Which would describe my father and myself.
