That you should take care of yourself. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. How important that is. I feel like that idea is novel to some folks and it draws them in to be bagged by all the other fuckery that follows.

Highly subjective. What some might consider red pill, others might consider common sense.

There’s as much red pill stuff that makes logical sense as there is that sounds like angry incel ramblings.

There’s no actual defined structure or agreed upon documentation for what is and isn’t red pill so there can’t be anything but folks’ opinions about it and those vary wildly based on personal experiences and shared experiences from others, which might also not be their own personal experience.

What I’d personally agree with that I’ve seen mentioned a lot in the red pill space, which doesn’t mean it’s necessarily red pill, just that it’s generally good advice, is to take good care of your physical and mental health, get up each day with the drive and ambition to achieve goals and work towards a larger lofty goal, don’t waste money or time on women who aren’t interested in you, and stay hungry.

That Abundance Mentality is GOOD...for everyone.

I see how scarcity mentality instead of making people feel more loyal (out of fear of being alone forever), make them oppressed their partners. To lower their self-esteem. To give them the 'reassurance' of not being abandoned. Scarcity mentality created pathetic people who went on to make more of pathetic people.

Abundance mentality is only good thing coming from Red Pill, but seems like one of the most difficult thing for most Red Pillers themselves to believe. Heck some Red Pillers are whining about their plates having their own men-plates. What the fuck.

You can achieve what you want with hard work... but you are not (this is where red pill became toxic) entitled to it because of that hard work. And this can be anything hook up multiple parters traditional roles you name it. If its what you want go for it. This can even be an "unfair" arrangement where he sleeps around and she stays at home, if thats what he wants he must compensate her in some way or be equal.

Its very similar to asking red pilled guys and other corny types of guys what they'd want in their girlfriend. It will basically be a free maid, a chick that isn't a slut (aka having slept with other men) but have pornstar sex skills, is knock out gorgeous, is okay with anything he wants to do, etc and other lofty expectations.

I think there is some truth about the 80:20 rule when it comes to sex only. It’s definitely easier for woman to find someone for a night. And the social status of a man is indeed important for women. Not that important as the red pill wants it to be but many women want family. Financial security is important here.

I agree with aspects of TRP that promote self-improvement like hitting the gym or managing your money better. Working on yourself is a valid strategy for gaining self-confidence and making yourself more appealing. These are pretty much common sense though and you can get this advice from sources that aren't trying to exploit or radicalize you.

"Frame" is absolutely a thing. It's just a stupid word used to describe following social norms.

Just like you wouldn't rip loud farts in public like you'd do at home in private, or how you'll generally be on your best behavior on a date or job interview.

I feel like you kinda have to do this with a relationship too. If you act like a child, that will be a turnoff. If you completely quit trying in a relationship and turn into a lazy slob, that will be a turnoff. Now, acting vulnerable is definitely a divisive subject so I won't go there. But it's definitely a turnoff for some subset of women still.

From reading Rollo tomassis rational male, I think he is bang on about how you cannot negotiate desire. Giving up concessions in a relationship never works and you are better off creating passive competition anxiety (eg. making more money, becoming fitter or being charismatic with other women in social situations) so she knows she is a compliment to, rather than the centrepiece of your life.

Where I think it goes too far is when people like Donovan sharpe say you should cheat blatantly in front of your girlfriend to keep her in line, as most high value women would leave at that point.

All red pill points I believe should be looked at with a nuanced viewpoint.
