The point of the server isn't to convince anyone to leave or stay at red pill. That's something only you can decide. Either you are satisfied with red pill or you're not. And that's based on it either bringing you results or it doesn't. To most guys it doesn't bring any results but they prefer to stay at red pill because "i got a sense of actual reality and know what i can expect". To those guys i don't know what to say because if they just wish to resingate to the fact that reality if this weird dystopia where nobody gives a shit about you and other men are having sex at your own expense, then yeah, be my guest at being miserable, i guess. The alternative is to simply dismissing most of the bullshit you heard, think critically, get your own dating experience and at least trying hard enough to know if your life is indeed the shit red pill predicted it would be, with every woman is rejecting you, or not. At least, if that was the case, you would go out with a fight. Better than just quitting and resignating at the fact that life sucks and that you'll never get a girlfriend, just because you're guillible enough to believe a couple of bitter, clueless, incel internet virgins and their theories on the internet.

As an unattractive guy myself. I am in a similar position. I may be white but its not as great as it sounds. Usually its only the good looking white guys and good looking men who are POC who have an easier time dating. So I personally dont think your race is holding you back. But I could be wrong and I apologise if I am. In my opinion the redpill mindset as well as your looks are holding you back. Its a combination cocktail of the two which is the most lethal. I am a man in a similar position to you and what I recommend for both of us is to:

learn more about women as its easy to be redpill with limited experience with women
learn about women issues so we can become more empathetic and knowledgeable rather than hateful
self improvement. I know it sounds like false hope advice but do this for yourself. What good is falling victim to bad habits and feeling sorry for ourselves all day?
there is a chance you may be more attractive than you think you are or you haven’t maximised your looks. Keep this in mind.

The "nice guy with a personally" angle works well for me and one of my friends just left her rich arsehole boyfriend at the alter. I wouldn't be jealous of anyone who can easily acquire a low quality relationship, not only do they not last but they're not enjoyable for the years they exist.

If this is the kind of person you want to be, and the kind of women you want to be with, you can do that.

On the other hand if you want to be a normal, good person who attracts women who are into normal, good people then you should absolutely cut yourself from any red pill sources.

There are millions of POC, partially disabled not very good looking men in happy relationships. You can try to be yourself and find a happy relationship and be happy, or you can try to transform into a cocky asshole and have cocky asshol-y relationships.

Even if everything you said was true (It isn't), none of these things are the nail in the coffin.

If you use self-loathing, or practice the redpill, it will push you further into a negative feedback loop, damming yourself into a future you don't want.

I don't have practical advice since I'm in a similar situation to you, albeit different circumstances.

But I know damn sure what you're saying and doing is only hurting you and your future, today is Sunday, have any plans, or go out for breakfast? Coffee and French toast sounds so good right now.

If red pill is helping you to be happy and moving you towards the kind of life you want, then by all means, keep doing what works.

if red pill is causing you to have even worse relationships with women than before, and you're suffering from even more self-defeating thoughts that are inhibiting you from being happy, and developing a victim mentality that will only hold you back in life, then those are good reasons to rethink what red pill has given you.

The real question you have to ask yourself “is red pill helping or harming me?”

You can say all that stuff is true. And even if it was—does being red pill make you happy?

That’s not to say leaving red pill is a promise of happiness either.

All it means is you gotta keep searching for what works. Never double down on something that doesn’t work. You’ll only waste years being miserable.

But you see, the average woman doesn't want to go on a shitty date, unlike the average guy, who often would be happy to get anything (but likely wouldn't end up settling down with her). This is likely at least partly for evolutionary reasons, so it's not like women feel better off than men for being able to get dates they're not crazy about. Also, no one on here says that rich people or attractive people don't have an easier time dating, or people with any particularly desirable traits, for that matter. This is not a gender or sex thing, though. I mean, if two women ask you on a date, and one's a millionaire supermodel, and the other is average-looking and works at Walmart, but they're equally nice and interesting to you, who would you prefer? The two options for how reality works aren't 'full-on blackpill' and 'everyone is seen 100% equal all the time.' And not every woman can have their "pick of the litter," either. Manosphere guys always forget all the fucking average women out there. A millionaire supermodel man has his "pick of the litter," the average woman does not. You probably will have a harder time getting dates for all the reasons you mentioned. This has nothing to do with red pill, which is just a weird cult filled with a bunch of bullshit that has a good chance of harming you a lot more than it helps you.

Tbh man, I don’t think anything you said has to do with the red pill. In fact, all they’re saying is become that rich cocky asshole. Yeah the delivery of the message is toxic, but what you’re talking about here is the opposite of what red pill is about. It’d about being the best version of yourself

Reason why I started disengaging from it was because it made me toxic. I believe a lot of the things to be at least somewhat true in some cases. Some women even admit it, but to constantly think about that and project it on a girl that has been there for you is what fucked with my head.

I don’t disagree with a lotta of the things I read, but one thing that always got me is how everything is the man’s fault. “She doesn’t wanna have sex”, you didn’t give her tingles, “she’s acting moody”, you’re not being man enough.

Imagine being in a relationship and thinking those things. Next thing you know you’re trying to overcompensate and it becomes toxic. They are just harsh on red pill.

Tell me what is the RP offering you? You’re in the RP but yet you still hate yourself, you’re dating life is still bleak. It sounds like you’re still miserable but miserable with what you believe is “truth”. Are they offering men like you with disabilities on how to be more than just your disability? Are they offering you advice on how to be a better man? Or are they just telling you your life sucks and you will never get the girl because all women are the same. Life isn’t fair we know. But life isn’t also black and white. Men and women aren’t a monolith. And yes being a GOOD man goes a long way in life and not just to gain a relationship. There’s more to life than sex and bagging girls. I think you need to find a group with men who also have disabilities but are also in relationships to help you broaden your scope on people in general. I hope you find peace brother.

Because even if the red pill is true it doesn’t help you. I find this occur in life a lot. Some people have existential crises about whether we’re in a simulation or not; others question what our meaning is. However, at the end of the day, the best way to go forward is to acknowledge who you are and where you are. Be honest with yourself. It’s rough for you. Don’t compare yourself with others.

This is where the red pill comes in. You look around and see other people having it easy out there. It frustrates oneself; trust me I’ve been there and I still struggle with some of these things. However, just like the other scenarios above, you shouldn’t waste time worrying about it. Get out there and do what you like, focus on yourself, but don’t give any fucks about what this secluded group of red pill individuals thinks. Because the red pill is a self-fulfilling prophecy of incelibacy.

Just like someone with anxiety worrying about existential thoughts, worrying about woman’s perceived preferences, a la red pill, does nothing helpful for your life.

You must decide. RP isn't good for you. It only serves to confirm your negative biases. Life isn't always easy, but it's up to us to make it as good as we can. And that starts internally. Figure out your hurt and process your pain, then come back to any sort of relationships.

RP isn't a way out, it's just a "it's all broken" mantra, it'll lead you nowhere. It's just not a useful ideology.
