They on average don't care about visual aesthetics (like how the home is decorated etc) as much, they often don't even notice such things women do. For being such visual creatures they do often lack very basic visual observation skills.
Getting confused if a women suddenly wears make-up/ no make-up/ changes her style and so on is just another funny example.

Holy cow, reading your comment reminded me of this movie I watched called “Teeth.” It’s about a woman who learns she has literal teeth in her vagina. It sounds like a defect but they actually come in handy through out her life. In a flashback, she’s in a kiddie pool with her older step brother. While the parents aren’t watching the step brother attempts to molest her with his finger. All of a sudden the step brother yells “owww” and the camera zooms into the bleeding cut on his index finger. In another scene, she’s a high school aged student and she goes to the obgyn for her first check up. While the doctor starts to perform the pelvic exam he’s asking her questions to distract her from the fact that he’s actually got bad intentions. The young woman senses this and the teeth in her vagina chomp four of the doctor’s fingers off. In another scene, she sleeps with a guy who had been pursuing her for some time. It was their second time sleeping together within those 24 hours. The first time, he was gentle and loving. During this second time, he confesses that he’s been wanting to sleep with her for a while and that he betted on it with his friends. While she’s on top, he calls his friend and tells her that he’s “fucking her” at that very moment. The woman, feeling betrayed, now has full control of her vagina’s teeth and she literally bites the guy’s penis off and leaves.
I know the movie sounds ridiculous, but I enjoyed watching something that was supposed to be a defect, but the young woman kind of used it as a super power. My point is, I sometimes wish woman really did have teeth in our vaginas. That way a man would have to walk on his toes if he ever decided to try to approach us.

I think there is some validity to that theory of natural programming. It’s what we do with that innate programming, and how we manage to control and override it with critical thought and discipline if what may have served 100,000 years ago does not serve now...these guys never talk about that when it comes to sexuality.
I submit my unwavering attraction to men (and the urge to pursue and grab a man to get something)- which more often than not does not seem to be aligned with my best interests- as evidence of natural programming, and my FDS framework as evidence that it can in fact be reined in 😉

All that can influence decision making but ultimately it still comes down to choice. When I was 12 I thought about stabbing my abusive mother to death and I could have done that. I'm bipolar and have depression, so there's two mental illnesses right there, but I chose not to stab my mother because I realized it was only my anger that made me feel that way and I wanted the abuse to stop.
If a man chooses to rape that's still a choice and he can't claim its because of mental illness or some other bullshit reason. Yes having a mental illness can affect his ability to think but if still chooses to rape someone that's on him.
