“Cinema dates” after you vibe? Lol, that’s the lowest effort. Also, that’s ok in high school not as adults when you’re trying to get to know someone. Otherwise it’s really faux quality time. The guy does not have to use energy to get to know you but checks off another date that’ll potentially get him closer to sleeping with you.

Why do men think the options are $5 coffee, cheap drinks at a bar or an expensive dinner? Why don’t they be creative and stop pretending a date costs 1 whole paycheck?

He is saying is he rather lower your inhibitions so you will be loose lipped and more likely to have sex before he has to sit and get to know you and invest any real feelings into the interaction. The more I learn about men, the less I trust them and I don't feel too good about that.

I'm not going on a night out with a stranger. Then I have to choose between walking by myself to my car late at night, or letting a man I barely know walk me to my car late at night. While tipsy. Great idea.

Ladies what are some other date ideas that would reflect genuine effort on his part? I don't particularly like dinner dates.

Edited to add that I'm specifically interested in other ideas for dates that don't involve sitting down to eat with someone.
