You can't win with these guys, at all. Either you do the tradwife thing, and then you're somehow a gold digger out to 'divorce rape' them. Or you work part time, and then these arseholes gloat about how women can't pull their weight at work because the children come first. Or you work full time, and you're an abusive child neglecting monster. Or you don't have children and you are a sexless, can't get laid Hilary type who (according to them) is to blame for the downfall of western society / the low birth rates due to their egomaniac tendencies.

It’s hilarious how hypocritical they are. It’s a joke. I sometimes look at their subs and can’t believe what I read. The self-pitying of the most privileged class of people - white American men - is truly pathetic. I’ve known men and women from other less advantaged countries who worked from sun up to sundown and still had a smile on their faces. These guys are their own worse enemies and drowning in their own misery. Just know that these Reddit mama’s boys are hardly representative of all men. Double standards have been bothering me sense high school. You cant be a slut but the only way to be popular is the please the popular guys. But then if you do you're a slut. Some sluts turn into popular guy girlfriends, some are just a joke. I hated the way boyd talked about women. Even female teachers were outrageously objectified. if you,'re stupid enough to sleep with them you're kinda of a joke, and can be talked about demeaningly. But then all they do all day is try to get you to sleep with them. "Like baby please!" Then you do. "Haha you stupid slut." Like wait, you want girls to sleep with you so why you losing respect for them when they do? I was just scared and didnt talk to boys. That was my solution. But that was high school! Now things are still bad but way more complex. There's this, "well you should have known he was a douche, not his fault you gave it up to him then he ghosted." Like wait, fine but first of all he worked very hard to hide his true nature from me. Secondly isn't the problem here that he thinks that behavior is ok? What this does is make anyway a man treats you, deemed as your fault for your bad judgment rather than their fault for being crappy people, tricking women into bed and feeling very justified in doing so. Because, its the womans fault she should have known. Moral of the story I learned to just never sleep with anyone ever haha. I'm not sure where to go from there.

They want the best of both worlds, while being the worst of both worlds themselves (far from traditional manly man, who financially carries the household or being an equal partner putting in same amount of work). If a LVM can put minimal effort to score and no more, they will. I've noticed that a lot of guys are pleasure seekers, all play and no responsibility. When it is time to man up and share the load of being a family unit (pregnancy, serious illness etc.), these freeloaders flake without looking back and then egg on single mothers, they themselves put in such situation. It's weird how they expect to be carefree babies all of their lives, with someone to mother them. Why should women do that, what so extraordinarily great do you personally bring to the table to be worthy of unconditional love?

It’s because they always want to be catered to. They want it all, and fail to recognize when their wants/needs are being contradictory. If something doesn’t benefit them, then they insult it and turn it into a bad thing. I’ve noticed it as well in regards to essentially everything. Like, for example, a lot of guys will want an independent woman (like you said, pays for her stuff, is confident, hardworking, etc), but then expect her to be dependent on him (be super clingy, follow his requests so he won’t leave her, put him before her own well-being, baby him, make less money, etc). That or they get threatened and emasculated (confident women don’t take crap, independence means you don’t rely on others much/don’t need them, they feel bad if you make more money). Yeah it’s annoying because it’s like whatever we do, we can’t win. We’re either “too much” of something or “not enough.”
