When your SO is gaslighting hard, if you don’t have an extremely strong sense of self (which is unlikely if they’re with someone who says stuff like this and is gaslighting them) it’s a total mind fuck. I think a lot of women legitimately start questioning themselves, especially if the men only do it occasionally theres an added “well he isn’t normally mean and abusive”

I used to hope that a man would like my body, but at this point, I truly don't care.
I will always like it infinitely more than they do, and men's opinions on my body parts that are primarily for feeding babies just aren't relevant or applicable, unless he wants to pay for a boob job, and then compensate me for putting up with him with the same amount to me personally.
Mostly, these "opinions" are nuisance.
I remember when my mom started dating when I was about ten. I could hear them talking about how her breasts weren't exactly and precisely the same size - mostly her just reluctantly agreeing with his statements, and trying to appease him. He was bullying her.
I remember being so sickened, hoping that I would never even HAVE boobs.
She was a beautiful woman, including that part of her, and he came in like he even deserved an ounce of her time, just to insult her body.
Imagine having to share space with someone who thinks you care about whether or not your breasts are as perky as a teen's?
HER "S.O." IS LUCKY HE'S EVEN SEEING THEM, AND NOT DYING IN A WAR.

They're ruining the word ”joke”, because they keep stapling it to disrespectful comments and suggestions that obviously weren't pleasantly accepted. As if that suddenly makes it better and any less disrespectful and depraved. It's like how abuse is apparently supposed to be suddenly nonexistent if you label it as ”kink”. They try to justify being vile in the name of pleasure and fun, but they do it at the expense of other people, so it's a really lame excuse that shouldn't be accepted.

Red flag. He’s a pos. My ex called me a fatty/fat pig whenever I ate or even reached for food. Degraded my body and my healthy weight gain. It pushed me back into my eating disorder for a while.
This isn’t ok. If she allows this, he will make her end up with an ED or make her extremely insecure. She’s the same with that weight gain. The joke is, if he gained weight, she wouldn’t make such jokes and still love him the same (i assume).

I was told the end of July 2020, that my 5-10 pound weight gain during quarantine had him feeling less physically attracted to me.. But said he loved me for my personality. Well everything changed Aug 2020, and he went on dating apps because he was "bored" and claimed it was bc he fell out of love.
