Late to the party, but this just sounds like an eating disorder to me. Specifically since my brother has struggled with bulimia and has almost exactly these measurements. It's not her responsibility or whatever, but a lot of ED sufferers hide this stuff. My brother did until he became visibly unhealthy

Honestly I’m like this. Eating is a real struggle for me, it’s like I’m never hungry. If you put food in front of me I will eat it though. I’m not special needs :(
