“Why men love bitches” touches on this. Men love the chase. When you’ve had enough of them and send em to hell that triggers them to want to chase, it’s a challenge. In our mind, when we love someone we go all in for them. We don’t need to play games. But men are like animals in that they get bored if there’s no chase. I hate it and wish it wasn’t that way but that’s why it’s so easy for them to take us for granted.

Yesterday a fuckboy I dropped and blocked on instagram long ago, had the audacity to add me on fb. I blocked him there too, without a second thought. Same happens for all the NVM that try to come back into my life after I started learning about FDS.

No reason to engage with men that try to play games of chasing. They have zero space in our lives.

Always remember that when men like this come slithering back, it is NOT a compliment. They haven't suddenly realized your worth and magically come to their senses. They are checking in to see if you are still enough of a chump to tolerate their bullshit. They're reaching out because they're bored/lonely/horny/want to convince themselves they're not an asshole (i.e. "I couldn't have been that bad if she's still giving me the time of day")/wanting the ego stroke of knowing you're still interested/need money/a therapist, etc. It is never about you, it is always about them and their own selfish interests. Believe me when I say if you don't respond, he'll simply scroll to the next girl on his phone and try the same bullshit. Never engage with these men. Block them on every platform, even the ones you've forgotten exist.

Good on you for telling her. That was brave and many women are too cowardly to say something to the new girlfriend. Regardless of whether or not you were doing it to be vindictive or not, letting her know was still the right thing to do.

She may have blocked you but you have still planted the seed of doubt in her mind. What she decides to do with that is her problem not yours. Keep a screenshot of every single message he sent on everything and save it in a folder in case you need it later, including the post he put up of you suggesting you were missing. That is creepy as hell and if he doesn't leave you alone that should give you grounds enough to threaten him with harassment charges.

Has the new gf seen the post? I bet if she saw how desperate he is to talk to you she might realize what POS he is.
