Remembering an anniversary is the bare minimum. He should remember when the month of your anniversary comes around. A man can set a reminder on his phone if he's really forgetful. If a man forgets your anniversary, it's either you also don't care or he doesn't care about you being his partner and the relationship. It happens once a year! He should be taking you out on that special day, or you should be planning it together.

Guys I work as an insurance agent and you wouldn’t believe how many men I talk to when I ask for their wife’s bday for the quote or their kids they barely remember and give me a “ball park” of when their birthdate is. Also some get extremely offended when I ask them for their wife’s last name for the quote as if it should be a given that it’s their last name too 🤣

He didn't forget. You add it once in your phone to reoccur every year if you're that forgetful. I mean after 13 years, it should be an automatic thing. You don't forget your birthday right? That happens every year. Or what about your kids/parents birthdays? So how do you forget your anniversary...He just doesn't care. And it would seem like she's in charge of everything marriage wise if it's so easy for him to forget a special date.
