The bar for men is on the floor and their parents (usually encouraged by the dad) enable it. My male roommate is 28 and his dad paid his annual rent up front. This joke is sexist because in reality women don't massively remain single. Most pick a boyfriend before 18 so really they stopped at the first floor.

For those who say no, he'll say "okay you sleep with me and I'll put on a nice shirt". Some women say yes to that. For those who say no, they'll say "okay you sleep with me and I'll put on a nice shirt and I'll pay for the date". Some women say yes to that. For those who say no, they'll say "okay you don't have to sleep with me and I'll put on a nice shirt and I'll pay for the date and we'll have a lovely time getting to know each other and I'll respect you as long as I need to wait". So then if the guy is capable of all that, why didn't he start with that offer? Because guys always lowball, they offer less than the most they are willing to do, just to see if the woman will agree to less.

Pickmeishas fall for the lowballing technique because they themselves offer the guy the best they have to offer straight up and all the time.
